A full-circle moment for CREDA’s Developing Leaders Program! Three years ago, Jack Cortese of D2 Capital Advisors was a mentee in our Developing Leaders Program. This week, he returned to the program—this time as a speaker, sharing his knowledge and experiences with our 2026 cohort. Jack led an engaging, candid conversation about financing throughout the life cycle of a real estate deal, offering valuable perspectives on the current market, answering thoughtful questions, and giving our mentees a behind-the-scenes look at the incredible work he and the team at D2 Capital Advisors tackle every day. One of the most rewarding parts of our Developing Leaders Program is watching past participants grow into industry leaders who return to share their experiences with the next generation. Thank you, Jack, for investing your time, sharing your expertise, and showing our Developing Leaders what coming full circle looks like! #CREDAPHL by @credaphilly

Natalie Madanick, Vice President of Commercial Business Development with National Integrity Title Agency, is a newer member and hitting the ground running! While she has attended CREDA events in the past, the enthusiasm of the rebrand (and fun of the tailgate event) pushed Natalie to formally join. As a member, Natalie has found a great community which encourages her to grow, and encourages her to bring in others to help them grow too! Interested in membership?
