12TH CREDAWARD Silver Award Winner for Planning Design🔥 URBAN DESIGN FOR SHANGHAI CENTRAL LOOP AREA Designed by: NIHON SEKKEI The "Shanghai Loop" derives from Shanghai’s layered urban development, evolving from an urban sprawl containment boundary into a comprehensive carrier for urban renewal. Located at the city's geometric center, it is empowered by transit, ecological and innovation rings to boost networking and polycentric development, shaping a brand-new urban spatial pattern. The southern Middle Ring integrates riverside advantages and industrial upgrading potential. Centered on Metro Line 26's fast-slow line system, it reshapes regional space via transportation hubs and multi-level networks. Combined with ecological corridors and characteristic nodes, it blends waterfront culture and humanity to build a future-oriented urban value corridor. 13TH Award Entry is open! Come and join us. #credaward #urbanplanning #designlovers #designawards #architectural by @credawardofficial
12TH CREDAWARD Silver Award Winner for Planning Design🔥 SINO-SINGAPORE TIANJIN ECO-CITY GREEN INNOVATION PARK Designed by: @dparchitects Conceived in alignment with China's "Dual Carbon" policies, the master plan aims to articulate a future-forward, sustainable urban development model to build a smart, mixed-use and environmentally attuned central activity zone. Defined by the Eco-Boulevard, the central spine of the master plan comprises varying hierarchies of permeable public spaces, including the Eco-Verandah, Eco-Pavilion and Eco-Atrium. Interweaving multiple urban clusters with diverse, flexible communal and civic spaces, the master plan epitomises a system of thoughtful and sustainable urban practices. Innova Green, a mixed-use tower, is currently under construction as the pilot project for the master plan. #credaward #architects #urbanplanning #designawards by @credawardofficial

CREDAWARD | KING'S CROSS MASTERPLAN Meet the Annual Winner of 12th #credaward Category: Urban Planning This pioneering masterplan has set a new bar in city making. Once cut off from the city and long an undesirable address, King’s Cross has over the last decade undergone a dramatic transformation. Its masterplan set out a framework for incremental growth that is guiding the development of a distinctive range of uses from a new home for Central St Martins to new HQs for Google , Meta, DeepMind and AstraZeneca. Rather than impose a new urban order, this masterplan is shaped by found geometries, stitching part of the city back into its fabric, bringing new life to one of the UK’s most remarkable industrial heritage sites. The development balances an extensive blend of uses and across the 67 acres more than 40% is open space. Design: @alliesandmorrison #planning #design #urbanrenewal #urbandesign by @credawardofficial

11th CREDAWARD: Gold Award🔥 ETERNAL LAND The project is based on the core area of Guanyinqiao, rethinking the demand for residences in the "post-epidemic era," and creating a pleasant "vitality residence" above the city center. This case, by sorting out complex boundary conditions, forms an orderly space with multiple connections and enclosures; at the same time, it develops every inch of space within the residence, finely matching external resources, and customizes innovative housing types; the facade uses a pure combination of forms, introduces the design language of natural growth, fine-tunes the full curtain wall, and forms a distinctive group of towers in the area.
