The “Warm Bowl” 🍴
This Guinness-ginger pot roast was incredibly addictive, paired with fluffy jasmine rice, a smear of buttery delicious black beans infused with coconut and Haitian spices. The acidity from the pikliz and epis crema brought everything together - utterly delicious!
