During the filming of Episode 5 of The Ride Life with Sung Kang (of Fast and Furious fame), @arnesantics was repping Crook County while showing Sung around Cannonball Garage—and our hat made it into the spotlight. 🎥

From shop tours to @superdawgdrivein runs in the Bluesmobile 😎🌭, and linking up with the Chicago supercar scene at the @urr.app charity drive for @calsangels, this episode was all about hustle, passion, and community—everything Crook County stands for.

Big shoutout to @sungkangsta and The Ride Life team for capturing the moment.

📺 Watch Episode 5 now on Prime Video and catch the Crook County vibes in action.

A Crook County approved hobby✅… 1 year ago I could barely hold a chaser on the grom. Blessed to meet such amazing people and learn some lessons about persistence

End of an Era: Strat’s Drive-Thru Closing Its Doors

Strat’s Drive-Thru wasn’t just a burger joint—it was a battleground for horsepower, a sanctuary for rebels, and a front-row seat to Chicago’s raw, unfiltered car culture. For decades, it stood as a beacon for those who lived life a quarter-mile at a time.

In the underground Chicago street racing scene, Strat’s wasn’t just a stop—it was *the* stop. It was where legends were born, rivalries ignited, and community thrived outside the confines of the law.

Hearing it’s closing is a gut punch, but it’s also a reminder of what it meant to: a symbol of freedom, rebellion, and the culture we fight to keep alive. Chicago car culture isn’t built in boardrooms or sponsored shows—it’s born in places like Strat’s, where the outcasts and misfits find family.

Strat’s may be gone, but the streets will always remember.
