🤍What makes a community feel like home? For us, it is the places where people come together, stay curious, try something new, and discover their capabilities. That is why we say art lives here at Crooked Tree Arts Center. Art lives here because our community chooses to make space for it.

Our mission is simple: to create ways for people to connect, learn, and grow through the arts.

We can only continue to do this with your involvement and commitment. Today, we are asking you to make a year-end gift to Crooked Tree Arts Center. Your support will create opportunities for our community to connect, learn, and grow—and ensure art lives here for generations to come.

🎬This is just part of our announcement video featuring Board Chair Hal Lawrence - view the full video by visiting our crookedtree.org/give2026 to learn how your gift can help creativity thrive in Northern Michigan.

Support CTAC — donate today at www.crookedtree.org/give2026.

Thank you!

Have you noticed some new faces around Crooked Tree Arts Center - Petoskey offices? We thought now would be a great time to do a little fun intro 👋 by @crookedtreepetoskey

Art lives here, in the galleries and classrooms, on the stage and at the studio. Help us keep the arts alive in Northern Michigan.

Your donation to our Year-End Campaign supports local artists, opens doors for young students, and creates experiences that bring the community together.

Because when a community invests in the arts, we all benefit.

Give today at Crookedtree.org/give2026 or find the 🔗 in our bio. Thank you for your support.

Have you contributed to our Memory Waterfall in the Echoes exhibition? You still can through Saturday! Or leave a comment below and we’ll add it for you.

Swipe to see some of the beautiful and moving memories shared, often involving family and friends. A special road trip or hike. Time spent in a garden or on a family farm. Memories of hard times and resilience. Loss. Memories that bring us joy and sadness, laughter and heartache. Earliest memories, favorite memories, lasting memories.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our exhibition and trusting us with your special memories.

Unable to join us? Save this post for inspo. Directions are on the last slide for you to make your own version of a Memory Waterfall.

🫟Volunteers helped us paint our exhibition pedestals from dark teal to white as we began prepping our space for Holiday Bazaar this week. Thanks to Sue, Michele, and Joy for getting the party started!

Recent graduate of the School of Ballet, Claire Miller, will present her new work “The Parting” at Fall for Dance! 🍂

Miller’s choreographic formations and use of solos, duets and trios interspersed between six dancers creates an ever-changing landscape. The seamless flow of movement allows the dancers to remain connected, even when they part ways. 🫂🪢
