Be honest. Do you care enough about your mobility? 👀

We talk a lot about getting stronger, lifting heavier and pushing harder. But what about moving better?

If you struggle to find the time or the right place to work on your mobility, we’ve got you covered.

At Glasshouse, we offer dedicated 60-minute mobility classes right after selected CrossFit classes. Two in one. 💪

Come down to the box. Work hard. Then give your body the attention it deserves. 💚

You’ve got time for everyone else. When was the last time you made time for YOU? 👀

Less overthinking. More showing up. More strength. More energy.

You don’t need to be fit to start. You just need to start.
