THE FEAR THAT HAS BEEN HOLDING ME BACK

The truth is, although I have over 20 plus years of experience working with children and adults who are neurodivergent or chronically ill, I myself am still healing from the aftermath of Lyme disease and navigating the world as a neurodivergent person.
I have been afraid that talking openly about my experience and my work on social media would somehow diminish a business that values individualism, trust, and one-to-one connection.
But this work means far more to me than my fear and embarrassment around posting and putting myself out there.
In all honesty, I FEEL in my bones that I’m ready to make a much bigger impact than I have allowed myself to say out loud and I know I can reach more people than I have through my current caseload.
I have been quietly collecting experiences, skills, and modalities in the background for the past two decades, knowing that they are meant for something else—something expansive.
I want to share my stories, my struggles, and my healing so that others can find the same empowerment and love for living in their own skin that I myself have found.
I have resisted becoming a part of this new world of media and posting because it means putting myself out there to be seen in all my weirdness. I have often made excuses, saying it’s just not for me.
But truly, that was the fear of being seen and being heard in a world that may or may not be ready to embrace a practice that doesn't always fit neatly inside the box.
Most of my life, I have embraced this weirdness at full capacity and have been lucky to have friends and family who thought there was just a little something weird about me—but loved me anyway.
Those are my people.
I know there are so many neurodivergent, sensitive, and chronically ill people who experience a loss of self and want to reconnect to their inner will, their power, their magic.
I want this work to reach the people whose lives could genuinely change because of it. People who can reconnect to themselves and discover that perhaps their struggles are actually their healer superpowers.

432 Hz is known by some as the “natural frequency” or “universal balance frequency”. Ancient instruments were believed to be tuned to the 432Hz frequency. In 1955 the international standard became 440 Hz.

The 432 Hz Tuning Fork is a non-weighted fork used to work with the space surrounding your body with the intention of creating greater harmony and balance.

The space around your body is believed to hold energetic patterns connected to our physical, mental, and emotional experiences. Some spiritual schools of thought believe that disharmony in the biofield may be where some ailments begin.

Some research has suggested that 432 Hz music may affect cortisol levels and reduce stress and heart rate based on measuring stress markers.
A double-blind cross-over pilot study published in 2019 in Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing, found that participants had lower heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and reported a greater sense of calm than with 440 Hz music.

Although more research is needed to support these claims, most people report feeling more at ease after listening to music and instruments tuned to 432 Hz vs 440 Hz. I particularly love to use this after a stressful day or when I feel out of place.

The 136.1 Hz tuning fork is known as the emotional grounding tuning fork. In frequency circles, it is considered the heart chakra tone and resonates with the same frequency as the Earth’s orbital cycle. How cool is that?!

This is a weighted fork which is primarily used on the body therefore, is more felt than heard. Unweighted forks work in the field around your body and can be heard more easily. Although you are not experiencing it on your body, the vibrational frequency can still resonate through your field and intention. Simply breathe and experience it.

This frequency has also been used to support the vagus pathway, helping the body shift toward the parasympathetic nervous system response of “rest and digest,” rather than fight, flight, or freeze. This can help us slow down, connect with ourselves, and become more present in a chaotic world.

Frequency healing has done so much for me. I’m eternally grateful for this knowledge and love sharing it with all who are open to it.

Everything has a vibrational frequency, even emotions. Frequency-based modalities can be a wonderful way to support balance when things feel static, blocked, or incoherent. Humans are electrical beings, and tuning forks offer a beautiful way to invite the body and energy field toward a more harmonious state.

Held my first tuning forks class in my new office this past Saturday with a group of kind and eager to learn gifted humans! Was truly so special to witness everyone holding space for each other and watching them develop their inner power. Truly grateful and looking forward to holding many more courses in the future! Usui Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 courses, group sound healings, and a 5 step herbal tea journey to come! All the pieces coming together ❤️ by @crowing.dandelions.healing

Wow! Thank you @deftones and @diadelosdeftones for the nostalgia and decades of some of my favorite music. And to share it with one of my high school best @adriaafria on dia de los muertos, so giddy! Thanks Chino for taking the time :) #diadelosdeftones2024 by @crowing.dandelions.healing

Spending time outdoors and reconnecting to the non-material, always brings me back. Thank you to the people who love to share this with me. 💚🤎💛💙 Beautiful words by John Yellow Lark. Earth Help Me To Remember by @crowing.dandelions.healing

The energy has been thick and heavy lately, but there is always a bridge out of the shadows and into the light. A period of integration and digesting all you've experienced and all you have learned. It wasn't without purpose. Lose yourself in the journey to find yourself. Every moment, every wound, every victory. Keep going. You've got this 💪💫✨️ by @crowing.dandelions.healing

Sometimes, the rug will get pulled from under you and you'll have a moment or moments of dizzying doubt and questions. I've learned to surrender to faith. If you trust long enough, you're often rewarded with peace and beauty, even within all the chaos. You may not always get the answers you seek, or they may come in forms you don't want or weren't expecting, but guaranteed you will learn something about yourself in the process if you're open to it. Pause, breathe, let go, and flow into the experience without hurry or expectations, then root yourself in gratitude. Thank you to all the wonderful people who add to that beauty and magic ✨️, especially those who give it so freely when it is sometimes hard for me to ask for it when I'm in the chaos 🌻. I've been feeling a lot of people going through the thickness of it these past few weeks, so I'm sending ❤️
