I’ve waited years for this moment. Becoming a Dance Team Director was my biggest goal I’ve ever had for myself, and I can finally say I DID IT. 💚💛. This year hasn’t been the easiest for me, especially with losing my grandma back in February 2026… a month meant for love. I know she’s looking down on me, proud that I kept going and made it to this moment. 🕊️ Being here for my dancers and pouring my heart into this team has become such a big part of my healing process. They may never fully understand how much being their Director has helped me too. Years of dreaming. Years of waiting. And now I’m here. 👑 — Director Waddel 💚💛. #drillteam #dance #danceteam #director by @crownzmejay
