Dust suppression matters.

When heavy equipment is moving debris, dust can quickly become a problem for workers, nearby residents, and the surrounding environment.

That’s why dust suppression is an important part of responsible site cleanup.

By using water and other control measures during demolition, debris removal, and material handling, our teams can help:

• Reduce airborne dust
• Improve visibility on the jobsite
• Protect workers and nearby communities
• Keep surrounding areas cleaner
• Support safer, more controlled cleanup operations

At CTI, getting the job done means paying attention to what happens beyond the immediate task.

Because a successful cleanup should leave the site cleaner, safer, and ready for what comes next. by @ctienviro

Ever wonder what “base camp” looks like on a construction site?

Before the equipment starts moving and the real work begins, there’s a place where the team comes together.

Our base camp is where our crews can get information, coordinate the work, grab a meal, take a moment to reset, and prepare for what’s ahead.

Because building a stronger community takes more than equipment and hard work. It takes people working together with a shared purpose.

At CTI, we’re proud to work alongside partners who show up, put in the work, and help us build a stronger Long Beach.

Different teams. Different roles. One community. One Long Beach.

Technology is changing the way Team CTI gets the job done.

From the office to the field, our team is using better tools to collect information, communicate faster, document our work, and make smarter decisions.

And yes, that means we don’t all have to get our hands dirty every day.

Some of us are in the field. Some of us are behind the technology. Some of us are making sure everything comes together.

Different roles. Same mission.

Use the right technology, give our team the right tools, and we can accomplish more, faster, and with greater precision.
