This is a developing story. While this story unfolds, enjoy America’s birthday. Celebrate with your boys, your girls, and the #CUPfamily. Happy fourth from Mr. Cup to you all. - Intern number 3 #bag by @cupoflacrosse

#man I miss the college season. Found out my notes app (where I go to #fucking town writing about the #creators game). Anywho, let’s talk about the SHAWN LYGHT getting the tewaaraton. Firth is out of the picture as he wasn’t even the number 1 guy on Cornell, but #CONGRATS to him on even making it. I was really between Kabiri, Duffy, Spallina, and Lyght. Hot take but I really don’t think it was Kabiri, like at all. He was a major piece in the #tigas offense, but to win the tewaaraton you need to be THAT guy and he just wasn’t. Now this is zero hate on Kabiri he is disgusting and an unreal player, but if u turn the #film on you will see Spallina and Duffy are just different players. I’m leaning towards Duffy, just because of what happened vs CUSE when he was hurt. Duffy is SUCH a MASSIVE piece to UNC that when he was hurt UNC offense fell off. When DUFFY was drawing slides left and right, UNC offense went to #shit. He CARRIED that offense and I think that’s the exact type of candidate that should win this award. Spallina also carried his offense so I would’ve been fine with him winning the award as well. That’s all. Thank you #family. by @cupoflacrosse

INTERN NUMBER 1 : Hello #COLfamily, as one of the interns for Mr. Cup it is an honor to write this last post regarding the 2026 college lacrosse season. As the season is now over, Mr. Cup and another one of his interns would like to say a few closing regards. First off, it was a pleasure to work with Mr. Cup this spring and although he had me watching ball for 100+ hours a week, it was all worth it honoring the #creator. Free #bag was also a nice plus. I am not allowed to write much as this is Mr. Cup’s show, but it was an unbelievable experience learning from the #CREATOR descendant himself. I will now turn it over to Mr. Cup.

Mr. CUP : #FAMILY, I hope you guys have been well. Wow, just like that it’s over. 100’s of hours of ball watched (this is actually probably true holy #FUCK), lots of #BOOZE, lots of #BAG, and lots of time with the #BOYS. The last 4 months have been special trying to spread the #CREATORS game to each and every one of you. From writing #BULLSHIT about god knows what, to teaching the #MEDICINE game with the most #BALL knowledge you will ever see (humble) it was truly an #HONOR. I can only hope to be half of what the #CREATOR was, and I hope I made him proud this spring. Do not worry folks, Mr. Cup is not done. I WILL BE BACK covering college lax in 2027, but for know I will be blessing you with Paul Rabil’s BEYOND MEAT propaganda, AKA THE PLL.

Thank you for all of the support this spring, and I hope I was able to increase your ball knowledge even just a little bit. I will miss you all, but Mr. Cup will be around ; probably doing #bag or watching #FILM, OR BOTH!!!!!! Thank you to the 7 #COLathletes that have represented CUP LLC to the best of their ability, hopefully we will be able to increase your NIL REVENUE SHARE NEXT SPRING. Can’t wait to see what athletes join the #COLfamily next.

INTERN NUMBER 2: Welp Mr. Cup has me on a strict word limit but just wanted to say thank you all. I am very grateful for my time at CUP LLC, and I can’t wait to see what my future holds. I am excited to announce I will be joining Mitchel Pelkes squad to write reports on ball! Can’t wait to follow in Mr. CUP’s footsteps. by @cupoflacrosse

Bro looks like he fresh out of warmups 😭😭😭😭😭. Ain’t even brake a sweat man them boys were #cooked from the get #go. Lyght with a #bodybag today. Did someone say #bag. D2 and D3 nattys tomorrow, what WE YES WE have all been waiting for. This is where the real ball resides. #bag ripping and wall #balling beauties. #slottedwarlords #Jackreg by @cupoflacrosse

PRINCETON vs DUKE (12, ESPN2)

Well well well. Feels like yesterday when I was doing a write up for week 1 in January. We are knocking on the door of the PROMISE LAND, it is time to DECLARE THE VICTORS OF WAR. By now you have learned everything you can about both these teams as CUP has posted essays and essays regarding these ballers. For the TIGAS, it’s all about the offense. Palumbo, Kabiri, Burns, Dumphey, Wade, Reynolds, you name it. BUT, I think the difference for them today is in net. Croddick started off shaky last week against PENN STATE, but settled in and played great. Mcmeekin at the dot as well is a force, be on the lookout for that #HOSS. For DUKE, Ortlieb, Colesy, Johnson, Sloat, Kirshis, and Scolleti make up a VERY GOOD team offense. BUT, Tigers defense is ELITE and if Johnson gets clamped by Stahl it could be a long day for the #BLUEDEVILS. Look for Kirshis and maybe even Ortlieb to step up as he will probably have a shorty dodging from X. Throw the X’s and O’s out as it’s MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, both teams know the other team inside and out. #LEGENDS are made on Saturdays in May, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. Who’s gonna hide when the #lights are the brightest, and who’s gonna #tiddyfuck the top right corner. Who’s gonna go home when the clock hits 12, and who’s gonna text the #plug for more #sack. We shall see, but when in doubt, #ride with #COLathlete and #Nose vacuum Will “NOSE BEERS” FULLSY. Let’s do dis. #bag. by @cupoflacrosse

Good luck to the last 2 #COLathletes standing in May. These boys have put their blood, sweat, and tears into this game and I KNOW they will #HONOR the #CREATOR with their play this weekend. Will “Nose Beers” Fuller kicks off the weekend at 12 in the Semis, while Jack “steal yo girl” Reg plays in the NATTY on Sunday. From everyone here at CUP LLC, we are so proud of all you have accomplished and can’t wait to see how the story ends. Good luck gents, give em hell. #COLMADE. by @cupoflacrosse

NOTRE DAME vs HOPKINS (12, ESPN)

UND is flat out the better team in this one. That being said, HOPKINS just pulled off a #MEMORABLE dub against Cornell, at CORNELL as well. UND has been stiff at ARLOTTA STADIUM historically, and there’s no reason that shouldn’t continue today. Luke Martin for the #BLUEJAYS is coming off his best performance of his career and I assume he will find YAGO for UND. UND should win plenty of face offs with WASHINGTON AND LEE transfer, he’s a #MEATHEAD and good player. I haven’t been impressed with HOPKINS OFFENSE in the slightest this year as there attack has been mediocre all year. Chauvette on the lefty wing is automatic time and room but his teammates have not been able to draw many slides to get him #TIME and #ROOM. STEVE 2TUFF, HOPKINS primary X attack-men needs to show up today. This ND offense can #buzz with Jeffrey out of the box as the #PARTY starter, complimenting him with rookie and local product Teddy Lally and Luke Miller. #DONT forget about Faison, Maheras, and BROCK BEHRMAN OR ELSE you will get #TORCHED. Ricciardeli in net is slightly better than Gelinas in my opinion but we’ll know for sure at 2:01 pm today. Even though these #PROGRAMS rip dry season in MAY, whoever comes out #VICTORIOUS is one step closer to ripping #SACK off the natty trophy and #KEYBUMPS off the #RING. Let’s have a COLLEGE LAX SATURDAY folks. by @cupoflacrosse

VIRGINIA vs GEORGETOWN (7:30, ESPNU)

Mr.CUP’s game of the day. UVA vs the HOYAS close out the first round of the NCAA tournament. Very very intriguing matchup here. Ty Banks and Robert Plath go up against the Millon brothers. Two elite defenders VS two elite attackman. Haven’t seen a defense stop this offense in more than 10 games, and I don’t think it changes in this #CINEMA. I like Millons to have a field day, while Truitt Sunderland gets lost off ball. Truitt will have a freaking day today. HOYAS led by another ELITE brother duo in the CONNOR brothers. 2 elite brothers and an off ball guy on both attack lines makes this matchup an absolute #BARNBURNER. Also, Hopper (UVA LSM and freshman) will go up against Macfarland (HOYAS LSM and freshman). 2 elite freshman will battle it out in the middle which will be exciting to watch. I give the edge to UVA in net with Jake Marek being one of the hottest goalies in the country, but Anderson Moore for the HOYAS will have to keep pace with him and steal atleast 5 or 6 saves to allow his team to have a chance. Matchups all over the field in this one, can’t wait to #melt and watch this #BARNBURNER. MULTIPLE #COLathletes on the field in this one, we will be rooting for you #beauties. Text the #PLUG, #MELT into the coach, and enjoy what the #CREATOR has cooked up for us today. Good luck to all, let’s have a Sunday. by @cupoflacrosse

UNC vs UALBANY (12 pm, ESPNU)

This game potentially could feature a cool color rush jersey combo, which could be the most exciting part of this game. There’s not a single GREAT DANE that will be able to hang with #bag slinging Duffy or #Topcheese Dom Petro. I think UALBANY can potentially put up 8-10 goals with Silas Richmond and Ryan Doherty but it ain’t gonna matter. Max Neeson (pole) is actually disgusting and super #underrated but he hasn’t seen ballers like the #heels maybe EVER. Gary #goat (no glaze), Dom, Duffy, Brevin Wilson (shoutout pops for the follow btw), Raio and Bair will ALL have field days. This is just a prep game for the Heels before they make a run deep into the #dance. Sunny and 70 in CHAPEL HILL, what a #CINEMA to get the #dance started. LET’S DO THIS.

UNC WINS BY 5+ 🔒. by @cupoflacrosse

Anyone know what the point of school is? This academic #bullshit is filling my brain with nonsense instead of #ballknowledge. Might create my own school where the students rip #bag and #wallball and learn #ball all day. Final exams is #liberal propaganda I just wanna #ball with my bros in #May. That is all. Have a great day #COLfamily. Honor the #creator. by @cupoflacrosse
