Introducing The Bat Cave (move over man cave)! 🎸

Check out more before and after photos from our Speakeasy Bathroom project!

Not only was the basement powder room transformed, the remainder of the basement and the attic space were overhauled with plenty of character!

Build: @form_construction_yeg

The attic space was literally a bat cave, housing 100s of bats! 🦇

The homeowners had a vision for this space and we were happy to execute to turn the attic into a comfortable, useable room!

Thin set brick was installed to make a chimney stack way more aesthetically pleasing!

The brick was also installed in the basement ➡️ and will be incorporated in phase 2 of the renovations. (Coming soon!) 👀

Before!

This niche in the basement deserved to be the star of the living space! The rustic brick and whiskey barrel really highlights the speakeasy vibe.

This homeowner had amazing artwork to add a pop of color.

Before - it just needed a bit of a punch!

The wood stairs were refinished with a lighter, natural wood stain and horizontal metal railing was installed for a more modern and open look.

From a dark, outdated cave to the ultimate entertainment space - swipe to see the dramatic transformation! ➡️

This underwhelming basement was revamped to a moody, modern glam masterpiece. The real showstopper? The wet bar. It used to be completely cut off, but we flipped it around to be accessible from the main room. Now it’s the perfect focal point and ultimate spot to mix a cocktail. 🍸.

Which view is your favorite - the cozy fireplace or the high contrast built ins for storage?

The homeowners finally said goodbye to those suffocating main walls and now the natural light is pouring in!

Swipe to see the ultimate glow up! ☀️☀️

It’s no secret that small spaces can handle the most drama! 🖤

The homeowners of this powder room wanted the space to feel like a hidden speakeasy. We embraced the drama by pairing a bold, moody wallpaper and warm copper accents for that vintage, upscale lounge vibe. A modern, floating vanity makes the space feel large and uncluttered.

Small room, large statement! 🔥What’s the most dramatic detail? 👇🏻

A successful renovation isn’t luck - it’s planning ✅

When every detail is thought through and documented before construction starts, there’s no guesswork, fewer delays and less surprise bills! 💸

Detailed and thorough plans means accurate quotes, better timelines and a finished space that actually matches your vision.
