There’s a reason the fighters I work with have winning records in Bareknuckle boxing.

Not because they are the most talented fighters in the world but because they respect the sport, train like top athletes and outwork their opponents.

In my opinion Physical condition and readiness is more important in this sport than in any other combat sport.

Technique won’t get you out of danger, you need to fight, clinch or move.

And all that f the above requires your body to do what it needs to do.

Theres no resting behind your gloves.

Theres no room for error or it’s night night.

And there’s no mercy if you come ill prepared.

If you’re thinking about a switch to Bareknuckle you better be locked in because it’s not for the weak or the lazy.

🎤 FROM ASKING THE QUESTIONS TO FIGHTING FOR REAL 👊🏼

Andrew McCart is known across the boxing world for his interviews on @ifltvboxing . On 18th December, he steps into the bare knuckle ring for the first time, facing the tough Italian, Daniele Patierno.

Patierno showed exactly what he’s made of at Impact 3, stopping a highly touted prospect who couldn’t go on. He’s tough, resilient and coming to test Andrew from the opening bell.

We’ve seen Andrew’s training clips, the sparring with big names and that Liam Smith body shot. But has he got what it takes to become one of the next generation of Impact BKB fighters?
