POSTS STORIES REELS

July 6th 2025 I had an 8 hour surgery getting 3 ligaments repaired. A very low point in my life and even thought about stepping away from the game. Fast forward a year later and God blessed us as CHAMPIONS! The process was gradual, tough, rugged, ups, and downs. A lot of tears was shed, but the Lord showed a vision and had to follow through. I thank everyone who supported me and rocked with me during this time from Doctors to family to coaches to friends. My bruddas we put in them hours! Blood, sweat, and tears it was all worth it, something they can never take from us! I appreciate yall boys for pushing me, motivating me, and welcoming me back in when I returned. This 2026 Nashville Kats team will be one to remember, I love yall boys! NOW RING US💍💍💍 by @d.thorpe5

Fell in love with the journey, and end up giving it all back. The reward is within, not what the outer attracts. Thank you God for keeping me in tact, I’m Back.🙏🏾

🔥⚔️ THIS is what separates average from ELITE ⚔️🔥

Footwork like this? It’s not luck. It’s not just pure talent. It’s EARNED. 💪🔥
And when you’ve torn your ACL, LCL, AND meniscus… it’s a completely different battlefield. 🧠🦵⚡

That’s EXACTLY why neurocognitive training isn’t optional… it’s ESSENTIAL. 🚨

💥 DID YOU KNOW 💥

👉 The ACL is only about the size of your pinky finger… but its impact is MASSIVE 🤯
👉 It has one of the highest concentrations of proprioceptors in the body 🧠⚡
👉 It is a KEY structure giving your brain awareness of where your limb is in space 🎯
👉 Within just 48 HOURS after an ACL tear… there are measurable changes in the higher centers of your brain 🧠💥
👉 If you don’t train this system during rehab… it DOES NOT just magically come back ❌
👉 This missing link may be ONE of the reasons reinjury rates haven’t improved in over 20 YEARS 🚫📉

Let that sink in…

You’re not just rehabbing a knee.
You’re retraining a BRAIN. 🧠🔥

⚡ At The Athlete Lab ⚡
This is where we go DIFFERENT.

As soon as an athlete can toe-touch weight bear… we ATTACK neurocognitive training. 💪⚡
Not later. Not “eventually.” RIGHT NOW.

Using tools like the Quickboard, we build from the ground up:
🔹 Reaction
🔹 Awareness
🔹 Precision
🔹 ELITE-LEVEL footwork

From low-level patterns… to high-speed, game-ready movement 🏃‍♂️💨

Because if you want to return to sport…
you better train the system that actually CONTROLS movement. 🎯

👊 If you’re rehabbing ANY lower limb injury…
neurocognitive training should be part of your GAME PLAN.

This is how we close the gap.
This is how we change outcomes.
This is how we help athletes make the IMPOSSIBLE… POSSIBLE. 🔥⚔️ by @d.thorpe5
