The ugly side of recovery.🩸

Everyone wants the D1️⃣ output, but nobody talks about the maintenance 🧑‍🔧 required to keep the machine running.⚙️
Manual release + Cupping to flush out stagnation and restore range of motion. 🔋

Build the arm. Break the arm. Fix the arm. 🧊🔋

You can’t train elite if you recover average.
We use localized cryo immediately post-lift to flush inflammation and speed up the repair process.
If you want longevity, you need to freeze the damage.

Ice pack or Cryo machine? Which one are you taking? 👇

These have been the hardest two months of my life, but here we are, finding a reason to smile and celebrating the birthday of the best mother in the world. ❤️

Si alguna vez te he hecho sentir que no te valoro, perdóname, mami.

❤️🎂 by @d1_recovery

Recovery shouldn’t be something you think about after you’re already worn down.

Train hard. Recover with intention. Stay ready for what’s next. 💪

At 12, you play because you love the game.

At 17, the game starts asking for more—more strength, more speed, more discipline, and more from your body.

Training is only part of the work. Recovery matters too.

Talent gets attention. Recovery prepares you for what’s next. ⚾️

When did the game start feeling different for you?

The difference is made in the work you put in when no one’s watching.

Train with purpose. Recover with purpose. Keep pushing your limits.

Siempre fuiste mi heroe, mi ejemplo y mi idolo.

Descansa en paz, by @d1_recovery

Happy 17th birthday to my second-born, Danny! Parece que fue ayer cuando te tuve por primera vez en mis brazos, and now I look at you and see the amazing young man you have become.

I want you to know how proud I am of you. Tienes un corazón enorme, you feel everything deeply, and you put love into everything you do. You always have a smile on your face, and your happiness brings joy to everyone around you.

Never change who you are. Keep smiling, sigue amando con todo tu corazón, and continue being the happy and genuine person you have always been. Watching you grow has been one of the greatest blessings of my life, y siempre voy a estar aquí para apoyarte y guiarte.

I love you more than words can explain. ¡Feliz cumpleaños, Danny! I hope this new year of your life brings you all the happiness and beautiful things you deserve. ❤️🎂 by @d1_recovery

Your body whispers before it screams.
Most people ignore the whisper.
The best athletes don’t.

Train hard. Recover smarter.
