The Peppered toast which looks like a pile of shredded lettuce was prolly the one of the best bites I’ve had in awhile. #baso by @da.food.dude

Wagyu House Houston did not disappoint. I had to come to believe it myself… I chose the Diamond Tier for 88$ and literally got all you can eat A5 cuts and plenty other food they offer all you can eat. The experience was really cool all the way down to the machine that shoots rice into your bowl lol. Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been. #wagyuhousehouston by @da.food.dude

Room for improvement I’m sure. One of the best I’ve had 1st I’ve made! Little tricks that I believe definitely made a big difference.
•during broth simmer throw in cut pork feet so the collagen from the bones create a silky rich deep broth.
•char the onions 🧅 before broth simmer.
• once you blend your Chile Sauce strain it till it creates purée by @da.food.dude
