14th April 2026 marks the 135th Ambedkar Jayanti. 💙 Dr. B.R Ambedkar forged a timeless legacy of equality, fraternity and liberation, empowering millions in the process and today is a day dedicated to honouring that work. ✨ It is an honour to be driven by Babasaheb’s legacy. It motivates us every day to keep doing the work that we do to create and amplify Joy in this world.🫶🏻 As a Dalit-led Queer Affirmative comedy collective, we are here to heartily celebrate this momentous occasion because we know that our Joy is revolutionary!💪🏽 May today be full of hopeful reflection, celebration and merriment, from the Blue Material family, to all, we wish everyone a very happy and Joyful Jayanti! 💙 How are you celebrating today? Tell us below! #bhimjayanti #ambedkarjayanti #babasahebambedkar💙 #joyasresistance #14thapril (Ambedkar Jayanti, Babasaheb, Bhim Jayanti, Jai Bheem, Celebration, Joy, Joy As Resistance, Anti Caste, Dalit Led, Queer Affirmative, Comedy Collective) by @da_litqueer
Debating peoples existence like it’s a group project and still contributing nothing. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️ by @da_litqueer
I am trans. I am Dalit. And neither of these identities can be separated. This bill is not just policy it is a pattern. A continuation of the same structures that have always asked us to prove our humanity, to shrink ourselves to fit frameworks that deny our existence. But we refuse. Because we come from histories that have always resisted. From B. R. Ambedkar to Savitribai Phule, our legacies are not of silence, but of defiance. You cannot legislate us out of existence. You cannot regulate our dignity. You cannot erase what has always endured. We are still here. And that itself is resistance. Jai Bhim. Jai Savitri. Hul Johar. We are in this fight together. What a dark time for the entire community to go through this. #rejecttransbill2026 #nogoingback #trans #transrightsarehumanrights #humanrightsviolations by @da_litqueer
“Do trans men not exist?” A question that shouldn't need to be asked in the first place…and yet, history keeps answering it with silence. For years, trans men and transmasculine people have been pushed into the margins, right out of visibility. They’re overlooked and excluded from mainstream narratives, denied access, rarely acknowledged in policy or public discourse. The 2014 NALSA judgement affirmed their right to self-identify, one of the few legal recognitions they could hold onto. But this new Trans Bill erases that too by limiting who is seen as “transgender.” It centers only on intersex folks and sociocultural identities like Hijra and Kinnar communities, effectively writing transmasculine people out of the definition altogether. Again. Another crucial reason why we’re saying: BILL TOH KACHHA HAI JI! Artwork by @linesbyjose 💙 by @da_litqueer
In the face of laws that attempt to control our bodies and identities, we remain clear in our resolve: We will resist. We will fight. We will educate, agitate, organise. 🏳️‍⚧️✊🏻💙 by @da_litqueer
