This is FIT: our strength-based reformer class that redefines training 💪🏼

We blend resistance, rhythm, and endurance to create a workout that pushes your limits while keeping precision and control at the core.

Every block is meticulously designed to make you stronger ~ combining progressive overload and supersets that build endurance and keep your heart rate climbing. It’s the perfect mix of control and challenge that leaves you feeling powerful long after class ends ❤️‍🔥

It’s training that looks as good as it feels ~ intense, empowering, and built for results.

🪩 Have you tried our FIT classes yet?

Come feel it for yourself.

What I’ll teach today 🥰

Snippets from my warmup + upper + core blocks.

Warmup includes a snow angel + tricep extension drop set - not in video but very very fun & effective 🫡

Upper: heavy triceps in 4-point-kneeling + light triceps side lying 💀

Core: sphinx + tricep push ups (on knees) into shoulder extension + pike on toes.

To our clientssss… see you later @team.pilatesstudio 🪩

Cannot believe we’re only this far into 2026… and it’s been this full.

From teaching and training the new fabulous instructors, to spending most of my days in my favourite place @team.pilatesstudio and somehow also selling gyozas @timeseafoodglobal and becoming emotionally attached to an octopus salad 🥟🐙

This year has just constantly wowed me.

Long overdue post ~ but choosing just 20 moments was pretty tough. These are just a glimpse of the people (tagged & some missing a pic but iykyk xx), the energy, and the little wins that have made this year so special. Thank you @_susufeng for trusting me, backing me, and seeing something in me before I saw it myself.

Grateful isn’t really enough. I feel aligned, challenged, and excited for what’s ahead 💗💗

I can confidently say: happiest year yet 😎 by @daanicgzz

@memorywalkandjog thank you for having us 🫶

We loved warming up the crowd at Australia’s largest dementia fundraiser this morning. The energy, the community, the cause… so powerful to be part of it 💙

Avoid being on the waitlist by booking your classes early !! 🪩

However — adding yourself to the waitlist is always the best idea! Everyone’s schedule moves around and spots often open up👏🏼

PS ~ no more than one person on a reformer 🤭 so book your classes in!

A little September throwback ~ same energy, new spice 🌶️

I’m bringing pieces of this into tomorrow’s FIT class, but I won’t say which ones…

You’ll have to come sweat it out and find out for yourself 💀

See you in the morn xx
