1.30.26 // Happy 1st Birthday to our silly goose!🪿It’s hard to believe it’s been a year and then again so much has happened in that time. I remember when you first came into the world, the amount of gratitude I felt. Thinking, I get to spend every day with you - I’m so lucky! It’s been such a joy to watch you grow and see your personality flourish. You are so aware and perceptive, sweet, silly, curious, intelligent, independent, and a little shy. A true Aquarius! We love you endlessly 🤍 by @dagnenewman

On November 12th at 9:39am heaven gained an angel that I call dad. There are no words to describe the depth of loss and the hole he left behind. My mom has always said he’s the nicest man she’s ever known and it’s true - he was a kind, playful, gentle, and wise soul that touched many people in his life til the very end.

After years of battling Alzheimer’s he is now free to do all the things that were stolen from him by this disease. Although he never got to meet our son, I can only hope that he lives on through him and shares these beautiful qualities.

Dad thank you for being you, really listening to me, always accepting and encouraging me, and making me believe that anything was possible. You were so intentional about being a great parent. I am grateful to have been by your side til your very last breath. I love you more than words can describe. Your daughter, Dagne the 99th 🕊️ by @dagnenewman
