No one will ever love your business quite like you do, and as a business owner, that's something you have to recognize.

You know the sacrifices you've made, the hours you've invested, the challenges you've overcome, and the vision you're working toward. You can't expect everyone else to see what you see or care about it at the same level you do. Sometimes, you have to be the biggest advocate for what you're building.

In this clip from The Back Office, Cierra Campbell, owner of @bluebirdartstudios and @littlechefsacademy, shares some powerful wisdom about fighting for your business and believing in what you've built.

Because if you're not willing to advocate for your business, who will?

Another Hallow(themed) Party in the books for Bixby and it really was a memorable one! A great crowd and great partners who helped pull it off.

In this day and age I find you have to be even more intentional to create experiences that bring a community together. It is hard work, takes a lot of time, and there really is no “easy button” to press. But these are the type of traditions people talk about and remember. They are what make a community special. by @dalaynalanee

"[As a business owner] you have to realize your hours are 24/7."

Cierra shares openly about the misconceptions of what it means to be a buisness owner, and this conversation is no different. Cierra shares about the highs and lows of business ownership and how to stay inspired and passionate in this week's epiosde on The Back Office podcast.

What if your marketing isn't failing…you're just not giving it enough time to work? 👀

We live in a world of instant feedback. We can see views, clicks, likes and engagement almost immediately. But that doesn't mean our marketing should produce immediate results.

Think about how many businesses you've followed for months before making a purchase. Your customers are doing the same thing! They're watching. Learning. Building trust. Deciding if what you offer is right for them.

Sometimes the answer isn't a new strategy. It's giving your current strategy the consistency and time it needs to work.

🔥 Is your marketing constantly putting out fires?

There's nothing wrong with marketing to meet an immediate need. But if that's ALL your marketing is doing, you're missing an opportunity to build something that works for your business long-term.

Fire marketing meets today's needs. Foundation marketing builds tomorrow's opportunities. And a strong marketing strategy makes room for BOTH.

In our latest Strategy Session on The Back Office Podcast, we're talking about how to make the shift from reactive marketing to strategic marketing.
