🥇today at Jiu Jitsu World League Lakeland. I haven’t been able to compete in about 6 months due to knee surgery and a shoulder injury, so it was nice to shake the rust off. I won my first match 11-0 and my finals match 5-0. Thank you @tiki_head006 for supporting today and my coach @dalmeidabjj for keeping me ready. Can’t wait for the next one. by @dalmeidabjj

🇺🇸 On october 19th, our team shined at the Fort Lauderdale Open.
Our team was BEST overall! This is the result of a lot of teamwork, overcoming and the spirit of unity that is our trademark. In each training session, in each fight, we managed to show the power of our team.
Our student, @king.nolan took the top spot on the podium and brought home double gold - category and open class! His effort, dedication and discipline on and off the mat reflect the true spirit of a champion.
It’s not just about the medal, it’s about the entire path we’ve taken so far. What an honor to be part of this journey! let’s move on! This is just the beginning of a victorious path.

🇧🇷 No dia 19 de outubro, nosso time brilhou no Fort Lauderdale Open.
Nosso time foi campeão no geral!

The Triangle Choke is the technique of the week at @gb_kendall 🔺The Triangle Choke requires minimal strength, relying instead on leverage and technique, which allows even smaller or less physically dominant practitioners to submit larger opponents. This submission is a potent tool in both sport and self-defense scenarios. by @dalmeidabjj
