Afternoon session, three angles on the industry.
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴, 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀: 𝗔 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆. 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝗮̆𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮̆𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂 and 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘂𝗰 tell the story of one of Romania’s biggest Eurovision performances, with a very young band behind it, alongside 𝗔𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀̦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘂 and moderator 𝗗𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗶̂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂.
𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗜𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗮 and 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗼̈𝗵𝗿, moderated by 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶, get real about burnout, anxiety and what it actually takes to build a healthier career in an industry that runs on pressure.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄. 𝗥𝗼𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗮, 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮, 𝗭𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘁 𝗦𝘇𝗮𝗯𝗼́ and 𝗕𝘂𝗯𝘂 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗮, moderated by 𝗥𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗮 𝗥𝘂𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮̆, go behind the scenes of what it actually takes to turn a festival concept into a world-class live experience. Which room are you in?

𝗧𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱.
When we started in 2016, the Romanian industry had talent and growing festivals, but few of the structures that make an industry actually work: professional organizations, steady international connections, real routes to markets abroad.

Ten editions later: 8,000+ conference attendees, 10,000+ at the showcases, 1,000+ speakers and 300+ showcase artists. Along the way, MMB helped shape organizations that didn't exist before (INDIERO, Music Managers Forum Romania, Women in Music Romania, ALIS) and, through RAW Music, became Romania's music export office and part of the European EMEE network.

And the artists? Every year around 400 apply to the showcase, 18-20 play it, and from that stage they've gone on to Eurosonic, Reeperbahn, Sziget, EXIT and even Glastonbury. Cătălina Cara, Zimbru, Mihail, Musspell, IOVA, VAMA, Lucia and many more.

The first decade was about connecting Romania to the world. The next is about making that connection stick.

This September, we do it all again. Edition 11.

📍 September 1–3, 2026 · Hotel Caro, Bucharest
🎟️ Passes in bio, grab yours before they're gone
