Hands down the coolest carp I’ve ever caught. Put up a right good ruck for his age, gotta be older than myself. Didn’t even have time to get the waders on and the rod was being ripped off the rest. Double balanced tiger over a lil @inobait hemp and crushed nut doing to do. Hooked no further than 4ft from the bank, went off like a train 🚂 #carp #carpfishing #fish #fishing #subsurfacejournal by @dancarper2.0
MONTHS IN THE MAKING…. A MOMENT TO REMEMBER. If you know you know…. Hard graft and consistency paid off. Been trying to keep this one quiet but as I’m pulling off for a few months thought I’d finally share. Hardest water I’ve ever fished but by far the most rewarding. Big ups to the boys that made me feel so welcome 👊 #carp #carpfishing #fyp #fishing #fish by @dancarper2.0
Trying to be sneaky with self takes, shaded swim making things tricky… not overly disappointed with how they came out though. Absolute relic of a carp #carp #carpfishing #fishing #fish #subsurfacemagazine by @dancarper2.0
Found fish in a different area this week… new spots found, same tactic’s… little traps in the weed. Darkest one I’ve ever caught! #carp #carpfishing #fishing #fish #fyp by @dancarper2.0
One back from early spring #carp #carpfishing #fishing #fish #fyp by @dancarper2.0
The other side to cool looking one from a couple of weeks back, hadn’t been feeling myself but just goes to show how good the fishing is for the metal health. Fishing has always helped keep me on the right path. Will always be grateful for that 💯 Time to lock back in and get some proper work done ✅ #carp #carpfishing #fishing #fish #mensmentalhealth by @dancarper2.0
Certainly worked hard for this one. First fish on a new ticket 🔥 Putting in 30k steps the day before to feel I had properly located the fish. Little trap set amongst the weed was what was needed to slip this lovely dark Lin into the net. #carp #carpfishing #fish #fishing #subsurfacemagazine by @dancarper2.0
Another one caught from a little trap in the weed 🔥 #carp #carpfishing #fishinglife #fishing #fish by @dancarper2.0
Raking some spots in the weed certainly paid off 😍 #carp #carpfishing #fishing #fish #fishinglife by @dancarper2.0
Out of 8 fish I landed, this was the only common of the bunch. Lovely looker too 🔥 #carp #carpfishing #fish #fishing #fishinglife by @dancarper2.0
Little traps set amongst the weed proving a deadly tactic 🔥 #carp #carpfishing #fishing #fish #angling by @dancarper2.0
With the misses making her big move to Dubai I took myself down the lake for a couple of days to keep myself busy and distracted. Managed to get amongst the fish and wasn’t long before putting the first one on the bank. @enyabird self takes will have to do for now… #carp #carpfishing #fishing #fish #fishinglife by @dancarper2.0
