Thank you in advance! by @dancing.over.the.luna

Before her competition started my daughter came to me and simply said, “dad look at me, if I place first overall I want a dog.” I simply said yea sure and shook on it. Today she didn’t only make a bold bet she lived up to it! @journeycompetition Platinum pro

If you don’t push your children past their fears, who are we really as parents?

Luna froze in the beginning, and instead of letting her give up, I gave her the confidence, encouragement, and reassurance she needed. I reminded her that she knew this song and that she could do it. As you can see throughout the video, she slowly becomes more comfortable and confident.

When your child is ready to give up, don’t give up on them. Be their biggest cheerleader, hold their hand, encourage them, and help them push past their fears. Sometimes all they need is someone who believes in them until they learn to believe in themselves. ❤️

So proud of you, Luna! Never stop believing in yourself! 🥹❤️ by @dancing.over.the.luna
