Congential Absence of the Vas, when you’re missing the tube that brings semen to your sperm and ejaculate. Remember sperm only make 5% of your semen. The rest come from seminal vesicles. Sometimes these folks will see a decrease in semen volume. They *may* or *may not* have sperm and if they do, usually the counts are low, called azoospermia or oligospermia. While associated with CTFR mutations, people with CBAVD usually don’t have cystic fibrosis But both partners should get tested to evaluate the risk of baby getting cystic fibrosis (in this disease you need TWO bad copies of CTFR gene to get cystic fibrosis). #urology #fertility #medicine by @rangeeladancecompany

The average QMax (the max rate in ml/sec) that people with prostates pee after age 50 is about 10-13 ml/second. For people without prostates it’s much higher like, >= 20.
