POSTS STORIES REELS

We started readingandrungals in a season where books and running carried us.

But this space grew into something deeper—about connection, healing, honesty, finding joy again, and being fully ourselves.

So now we’re danielaandmelissa — same twins, same love for books and running, just more us. 🤍

We are so happy you’re here! ☀️

With love,
D & M ❤️ by @danielaandmelissa

New here? Hi 🤍
We’re Daniela & Melissa—twin mamas choosing joy in the middle of real life.

This space is for busy women who love books, gentle movement, and finding beauty in the small things.

If that sounds like you, welcome home ✨

Tell us—what’s one small thing bringing you joy lately?

Can we be honest for a second?

Lately, creating content has felt exhausting. Not because we don’t love sharing our lives, but because somewhere along the way, we started overthinking everything.

Is this worth posting? Is it interesting? Will people care? Will it do well?

And then we had to ask ourselves… why are we making this so complicated?

We started this page because we’re two sisters who wanted to share our lives, talk about the things we love, and hopefully find people who just get us.

And when we think about genuine friendships, nobody is sitting there wondering if their random thought is interesting enough to share. 😂 You just talk. You share the little things. You laugh about life. You show up as you are.

So we want to get back to that.

Posting because we want to, not because we feel like we have to. Sharing the little things, even when they’re not picture-perfect. Making connections instead of worrying so much about numbers.

Of course, we want this little corner of the internet to grow. But we don’t want to get so caught up in growing it that we forget to enjoy it.

So if you’re here, hi. 🤍 We’re Daniela & Melissa. We’re just two sisters figuring life out, finding joy where we can, and hoping to make some genuine friends along the way.

Maybe we can all put a little less pressure on ourselves to be interesting and just let ourselves be real.

Dear Teacher..

I think this is more of a personal reminder to myself but I figured I could remind fellow teachers too. It's okay to mourn the summer slow days. It's okay to feel like life's about to change the next 10 months. All those feelings are valid and OK. You're stronger than you think. You're valued, you're important, you're amazing #teachers #backtoschool #teachersfollowteachers by @danielaandmelissa

I’ve realized it’s never really about the big romantic gestures.

It’s the way someone naturally says, “My girlfriend…” while telling a story. The way they mention something you did together. The way they speak about you with so much respect and appreciation, even when you’re not there to hear it.

Those little moments remind me that the healthiest kind of love isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s just being someone’s favorite person to talk about.

And I don’t think that ever gets old. 🤍 by @danielaandmelissa

The dreaded feeling of going back to work after a vacation 🥹

That's it. That's the message.

..... Stop feeling guilty for choosing yourself.
Your kids don’t need a burned-out version of you. So here's your permission. Fill your cup 💓. #motherhood by @danielaandmelissa

Literally it was June 1st and then I blinked and I have one week left of #summerbreak. Send some coffee to all your teacher friends. We're not ready 🥹😮‍💨 #backtoschool #teacher #teaching by @danielaandmelissa
