Fall has a new frequency.

We’re bringing movement, breath, music, and community together for Fall Frequency, a complimentary morning of wellness at VEA Newport Beach designed to give you a new way to move into the season.

Choose your frequency: settle in with Breathwork + Sound, flow through Vinyasa, find your strength with Mat Pilates, or turn up the energy with Cardio Dance. Four experiences, one morning, and a little something for every kind of movement.

Saturday, October 3rd | 9 AM-1 PM
VEA Newport Beach
Complimentary to attend

Choose the class that speaks to you and meet us there. Spaces are limited, so head to our Linktree to find the individual class. ✨ by @danielafrey17

hopping on here to celebrate 2 YEARS of moving together!🎂🧘🏻‍♀️🩷 what an incredible journey it’s been becoming an instructor. Never did I think one (amazing) yoga certification in Spring 2024 would lead to 3 more in Mat Pilates, Yogalates, and Reformer. The best part has been sharing it with all of you guys - my students, the studios, the staff, our events, my friends and family❤️ I feel so immensely grateful for the life and community it’s brought me. Thank you for moving with me, inspiring me, and always trusting that it’ll be a burner class 😌🙏🏼 see you in the studio 🎉 by @danielafrey17

☀️🛥️🚤⛵️🌊✨ a never ending Newport summer by @danielafrey17

There’s Pilates, and then there’s Powerful You.

Ekam’s signature reformer class was designed to bring strength, precision, control, and endurance into every intentional movement.

Every breath, every movement builds toward something greater: a stronger connection to your body and a deeper belief in what it can do.

This is the class that defines the Ekam reformer experience. Come find out why. by @danielafrey17
