ok this the exact canva carousel template I use but also!! this is the same comfort framework I use too because otherwise it’s just a pretty carousel with no rhyme or reason x

also!! if you’re a real human whose nervous system is fried from all the “post every day” advice because you’re also trying to do this other little thing called life 🫠 I’m hosting a workshop and I’d love to have you in the room with me! message me COMFORTWORK for your private invite x by @daniellewillls

Update: making some tweaks to this so bear with me till I can share it for free again 🙏

Because they told me hot girls don’t gatekeep…

So this is my content process. ☺️This is how I stay consistent in my content while I’m juggling my 1:1 schedule, TV projects and my group mentorship.

🩵” Batching content” is getting a lot of hype right now and I’m here for it - but what I would suggest is that you batch media types, rather than trying to batch whole content pieces from start to finish. So I usually batch my filming, my editing, and my writing at different times so that my brain doesn’t overheat and so that my creativity levels stays high.

🩵Also reg organisation - I’ve been doing social media strategy for other businesses for awhile now - and in that time I’ve been able to try a LOT of content planners. None of them really hit the spot for me though - so I made my own with @notionhq and tweaked it over time.

If your goal is to be more consistent with your content - definitely suggest an organisation tool that works for you xxx

I left home when I was 15.

And the other day, I had to fly back to Bali through in Calcutta - the last place I lived with my family before I left home.

Let me be so clear: I love my family. I have so much respect for my parents - they have hearts of gold. But at the same time- my younger self knew that I couldn’t follow in their footsteps.

Thing is… no one warns you about how much it will hurt to disappoint those you love.
No one tells you that it’s okay to love someone but not agree with them.

No one tells you that in order to fulfil your own dream you might crush someone else’s.

It’s taken me a long time to start shedding the guilt - and it’s still a process. But I know now more than ever that my younger self was right.

And I hope you know too: that if there’s ever a choice between disappointing another or betraying yourself:

please choose yourself.

Because overruling their advice with our intuition doesn’t mean we’re disrespecting them.

And because the greatest gift you can give those you care about is the gift of being the most alive, passionate version of yourself.

Being “true to yourself” isn’t just a cute saying for a coffee mug. Choosing yourself isn’t just a convenient tagline for summery, sexy holiday reels.

Choosing yourself means listening to your soul, not just your emotions - and it’s the one thing that no one else can do for you. But it’s the only way that you can guarantee that your life is well lived.

We don’t get to choose how our story starts. But we get to write the rest of it. And I hope you’re brave enough to write the ending you really want 💕

I’m not who I was, but I’m also not who I want to be yet

new ep up wherever you get your podcasts xxx by @daniellewillls

everyone talks about secondhand embarrassment but we need more convos about the cringe of revisiting your social media content from a year ago eeeek

but also… if you’re not cringing you’re not growing so anyway! new substack up now, or the full pod episode is also out for the next time you want to stop doomscrolling hope it helps ly xoxo by @daniellewillls

firm believer that being willing to be cringe will increase your surface area for luck! There’s a reason “shoot your shot Wednesdays” are trending so much... because more often than not they will open your world up to more abundance and opportunities you could never have dreamed of

but I’m realising that the more important reason to do cringey, awkward things goes way deeper than that.

Because every time you choose to put yourself out there in a way that is decidedly uncomfortable... you get better at trusting yourself. You get better at building the kind of self confidence that can’t be faked... because you know that no matter what happens, you’ve got your own back.

You start self-identifying as someone who is worth taking risks for; someone who can be a beginner, who can not know it all, and who can still be valued just as much <3
