Learn my method inside FERTILE METHOD™ by @danistrausscoaching

3 months after the doctor said “You have 1% chance,”
I was pregnant.

Not because of another expensive treatment —
but because I learned how to support my mind, my emotions, and my nervous system.

✨ My method is now inside a simple mini-course:
FERTILE METHOD™ 🔗 in my bio

#unexplainedinfertility by @danistrausscoaching

She said..

“In 90% of cases, infertility isn’t about physiology. It’s the lifestyle we’ve normalized.”

Women come in thinking, “Maybe it’s my hormones, adhesions, or some imbalance.” But what they actually have is: four years of chronic sleep deprivation, five cups of coffee a day, and anxiety intense enough to diagnose.

The reproductive system doesn’t shut down because it’s broken.

It shuts down because it doesn’t feel a safe space for a child to grow..

She said, “The uterus isn’t just an organ. It’s an environmental sensor.”

Your body knows: if you’re in chaos, burnout, and constant rush — it’s not a place a child can survive

Even if everything looks fine on paper.
That’s why IVF often fails for the “successful,” the overachievers, the women always performing.
Because there’s no inner space left. It’s all taken by control, guilt, and survival… 😔
The uterus doesn’t read lab results. It reads your energy.!
The hardest cases? Women who can’t conceive after abusive relationships 😭

She said, “Their bodies have decided they couldn’t protect a child.”

Even if they feel ready.
The body doesn’t follow thoughts. It follows lived experience.

Until it’s processed, felt, and rewired - the system stays closed.

We think it’s about tests, supplements, and specialists… but it’s our thoughts, feelings and mindset!
But the body isn’t a machine. It’s alive.
It hears and feels everything you suppress.

And if you live like a soldier - you can’t become a mother.
Soldiers protect. Mothers surrender.
It’s not about being ready to give birth.
It’s about being ready to fully live.

She said, “I don’t send women for another ultrasound. I send them on vacation. For massage. To therapy. Into stillness.”
Because when they start living in their bodies
- pregnancy happens naturally.
It’s not magic.
It’s reconnection.

As long as you live like a machine, your body won’t open to new life.
You have to reclaim your life first.”

FIND another doctor! by @danistrausscoaching

WATCH until the end!

‘A stressed body won’t make a baby .. it’s too busy trying to survive’❤️

We spend so much time trying to fix the outside —
💊 the vitamins
🧴 the potions
💆‍♀️ the treatments
…and yes, they matter.

But the real shift happened when I started healing my mind…

When I stopped obsessing over timelines…
When I let go of the fear and started believing my baby was already on the way.

When I actually began living like it was already happening — no matter how or when.
That’s when everything changed.

My doctor gave me less than a 1% chance of ever getting pregnant.. after 6 iuis and 5 IVF’s… just because i was 40)

I got pregnant 3 months later.
Not by luck — but by alignment.

Your mindset is not just “part” of the journey.
It’s the foundation.!!

🧠 Heal your mind.
💛 Watch your body follow.

Infertility can be the toughest fight.

It’s often a quiet struggle, but the emotional pain can be deafening... Infertility affects not just the body, but also the mind and heart.

To everyone going through this, you’re not alone 😘 (i know It feels that way )

Don’t hesitate to reach out for support .

Allow yourself to feel every emotion.

Remember, there’s no right or wrong way to feel right now. Be gentle with yourself; you’re doing the best you can.

Can you relate?

💔 “You have less than a 1% chance of getting pregnant.”

That’s what one of the top fertility doctors told me.

I left the clinic shattered…
Years of trying. Countless IUIs. Multiple IVFs. Nothing worked.
I thought it was over for me.

But I couldn’t accept that as my ending.
So I stopped chasing more treatments…
And I turned inward.

I changed my mindset.
I healed emotional wounds I didn’t even know were blocking me.
I reconnected to my body — and to hope.

I started actually THINKING ‘this baby is coming, no matter how or when’

And then… 3 months later, I got pregnant

At 41. After years of being told it was impossible.

This is the story they don’t talk about in clinics.

The mind-body story. The story of healing, surrender, and belief.

The story that saved me — and brought me my miracle boy.

💚 I turned that exact process into a step-by-step Fertility Method Workbook so you don’t have to stay stuck in pain like I did.

Infertility feels like a like a cruel joke… especially ‘ Unexplained Infertility’ 🙄

When I was in the thick of it, I remember thinking:
“I wish they’d just find something. Anything. A diagnosis. An illness. At least then I’d have answers… a plan… something to fix.”

But instead — silence.
No answers. Just the unbearable, invisible pain of not knowing WHY!

WHY ME!

That pain is deep. It doesn’t just live in your body — it settles in your heart, your thoughts, your relationships.
It makes you question your worth as a woman, as a human.

But I need you to hear this:
You are not broken. You are not alone. And this pain? It doesn’t have to be your ending.

I walked through it. I now help other women walk through it too — with compassion, mindset work, and a heart-led fertility method that helped me become a mom after years of heartbreak.

💚 If you’re struggling with the weight of “unexplained infertility” — my workbook is the first step toward clarity, hope, and healing.

💔 I see you. I’ve been there.

You cry in silence.
You smile at baby showers even though your heart is shattering.
You go numb. Then hope.
Then another negative test.😭

You feel like your body’s betraying you.
You wonder if your dream will ever come true.

I was there too. For years.
But I made it through — and now I help women just like you do the same.

Does the 2 week wait feel endless to you? by @danistrausscoaching

Infertility doesn’t just break your heart..

It breaks life rhythm
Trust in your body
Your ability to breathe between cycles

Endless ultrasounds, meds, injections and broken heart..

I wasn’t just tired, i was broken inside.

The loneliness. The anxiety. The grief every month.

Then something inside me clicked.

I was doing everything medically possible.. but completely disconnected from my mind and body.!

I started doing inner healing, I addressed emotional blocks, trauma, belief system and how I saw myself as a woman.

The most important part that no one told me about!

And it changed everything.

3 months later … I was pregnant 🤰

That’s why I created the Fertility Healing Workbook 🥹 The exact mind body tools and emotional shifts I used to have my miracle baby ❤️

If you’re ready to start feeling hopeful again- this Workbook is for you.

💬 DM me HOPE or comment to get it now.

It’s time to believe again and heal from the inside out ❤️
