“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7)

As the month of August comes to an end, I am reminded not only of the things that almost completely broke me, but ALSO how God never failed to Keep me throughout it all.

This month was nothing short of easy for me to say the least… From having an injury that not only canceled me out from engaging in the things I love; basketball and fitness, to betrayals left and right from the people I cared about, to even losing the motivation to show up for myself.. August definitely handed it to me, but despite everything, all I can say is My GOD 🙌🏼!!

To know that regardless of each and everything that was sent to destroy me and knock me off my pivot this month, that God never failed to intercede on my behalf and guide me amidst it all is truly a blessing! Even more to know that He’s using it all to prepare me in ways I never knew I needed for what’s coming next. That being said, I look forward to the last few months of this year and all that is in store with it, and most importantly, stepping into my anointing and becoming the woman God has called me to be.
