⚒️ Own Your Mind. Break Your Limits.

You are your own limits 🫵🏽

Life WILL test you, Your going to hit setbacks, lose people, fail at things, doubt yourself & feel like giving up. But thats part of the process. 📉

But the biggest thing standing in your way isn’t the world, it’s YOU. 🫵🏽

Your mindset, fear, excuses & comfort zone. You become your own limit when you convince yourself you cant go further. ❌️

Every challenge in life is either going to build you or break you. Your not a victim of life, your a victim of your own mindset 🧠

Start reaching heights NOT limits 📈

It’s all in the journey, not the destination & this journey is just beginning 📈

I’ve met some incredible people along the way who’ve helped me not only inside the ring, but outside of it too 🤝🏽

I stepped into the ring for the first time to raise money & awareness for men’s mental health & @andysmanclubuk but also to test myself. In that sense, I won 🏆

The result on the night wasn’t what I wanted, but I went the distance, learned a hell of a lot about myself, and if anything, it’s only made me hungrier 📈

I’m in the best shape of my life and the best mental space I’ve been in for a long time, a far cry from where I was 12 months ago. 🧠

And this is just the beginning. ⬆️

There are plenty more challenges ahead of me, both inside and outside of boxing, and I can’t wait to take every single one of them on. ⛓️

Thank you to everyone who supported me on the night, throughout camp, and throughout the last 12 months. 💙

We keep moving forward. 💙📈

The strongest people aren’t the ones begging to be validated or accepted they’re the ones who survived the trenches, rebuilt themselves from rock bottom & learned how to stand on their own two feet 💯

When you have fought your way back from the dark, your different, you protect your peace different. You love harder, but tolerate less bullshit. Because you know exactly what it cost to come back. 💪🏼

Don’t mistake loyalty for weakness & don’t get too comfortable disrespecting people who learned how to survive without anyone. 🦁

There's a massive difference between being there and actually being present 🧠

You can be sat right next to someone, but mentally be a million miles away 🌌

It's not just about spending time with people, it's about what we actually bring to that time 🕓

Our attitude, our energy, the way we speak to people, the way we listen, the attention we give them & how we make them feel ♥️

Whether we realise it or not, the way we show up has an impact on the people around us ⭕️

Are you really, there or just going through the motions 🤔

I think this is even more important when it comes to our kids 🙏🏽

Because they're constantly watching us, learning from us, picking up on how we act, how we speak and how we treat others 🧠

One day, they won't remember every present we bought them, every toy or every expensive day out 💰

But they will remember how our presence made them feel ❤️

So don't just make time for the people who matter to you, make sure the version of you that turns up is the one you want them to remember 💪🏼

OWN YOUR MIND. BREAK YOUR LIMITS. 📈

You can sit there talking about everything you want to change in your life, but what good is talking about it if your not going to do anything about it? 🤷‍♂️

We all know things we would like to change, habits we would like to break, goals we would like to achieve, issues we want to get through. 📈

But nothing changes until YOU DO. 🫵🏽

So instead of just talking about it, start taking action. 🗣

It doesn't have to be massive. Just make a start, One decision, One action, One step forward, One % 💪🏼

OWN YOUR MIND. BREAK YOUR LIMITS. 🧠

We will do anything to avoid being alone with their own thoughts. 💭

Constant noise, distractions, scrolling, anything to avoid sitting with what's going on inside their own head. 🏃‍♀️

But you can't escape your own mind, Learn to understand it & stop running. 💪🏼

Because you can't control something you're constantly avoiding. 🧠

OWN YOUR MIND. BREAK YOUR LIMITS. 🫵🏽

18th December, I'm stepping back into the ring 🥊

The first fight taught me a lot, this time I'm coming back with more experience, more hunger & a point to prove! 👊🏽

This isn't just about fighting someone else. It's about continuing to challenge myself, pushing beyond my limits & becoming better every single day. 📈

Different fight. Same mentality. NEVER QUIT! 🧠

Stop wasting the time & abilities you've been gifted. 🙌🏽

You've still got time on your side. For others, time is running out. ⏳

Whilst you're able bodied, others would give anything to have the mobility you take for granted. 🦽

Whilst you get another chance to wake up tomorrow and chase your goals, others won't get that opportunity. 🙏🏽

Don't wait until it's too late and you're looking back wishing you'd given it a go.

Whatever it is you want to do, DO IT WHILST YOU CAN. 🫵🏽

Lose the day or get something from it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Work runs over, slept through an alarm, something comes up 🕓

Dont fall into the trap of writing everything off when life gets in the way of your routine 🪤

A scruffy something is better than a perfect nothing, small wins count 📈

Stop letting the things you can't control take control of you. 🧠

Put that energy into the people and things you CAN positively impact. 📈

You might not be able to change the world, but you can change someone's world. 🌎

Start with the ones around you. 💪🏼

Life's going to knock you down. You're going to face pain, setbacks and situations you never asked for. 📉

That's life. You can't hide from it. 🥷

But what you do next is on you. 🫵🏽

You can either let it hold you back and become your excuse, or you can learn from it, grow from it & use it to become stronger. 💪🏼

You don't always get to choose what happens to you, but you do get a say in what happens next. 📈

OWN YOUR MIND. BREAK YOUR LIMITS. 🧠
