Online coaches spend so much time on content

But ignore what actually drives revenue

Email

It builds trust
handles objections
and follows up automatically

That’s where most sales actually happen

Most coaches think they have a funnel

But it’s usually just:
content → hope

A real funnel looks like this:

Content → Opt-in → Emails → Call → Sale

If one step is missing,
leads fall through

No follow-up
No trust
No conversions

That’s why most email lists don’t turn into clients

If you’re getting attention but not bookings,
it’s not a lead problem

It’s a system problem

Most coaches think they need more leads

But a lot of the time… they just need better follow-up

I signed up for a bunch of coaching funnels and saw the same thing over and over:
• no welcome
• no follow-up
• no connection between email and the sale

So leads come in… and go nowhere

If your email list isn’t converting, that’s a fixable problem

We can talk about all the ways you aren’t using your email list in your favor, which means longer nights, more stress, and the hunt-or-die feeling each month…

BUT FIRST…I MUST TELL YOU…OLI DROPPED A SHIRLEY FLAVOR

1 Free month of email marketing for my next 3 clients.

Why?

Because case studies and proof are what we’re after, not just dollars. If you’re great at providing value, the money follows.

Let’s get your open rates, click through rates, email engagement, and email revenue ($$$) up together.

DM me “AUDIT” and I’ll look at your email marketing, provide feedback on how to improve it, then implement the changes FOR YOU so you can hit the ground running in 2026.

Don’t wait. After these 3 spots go, my services will cost thousands.

DM me now to claim your free month of email marketing.

Most fitness coaches don’t have a lead problem.
They have an email balance problem.

Here are the 3 mistakes I see most often:

1️⃣ You send nonstop “value” but never make an offer
Education without direction doesn’t convert.
If your emails never point to the next step, people stay spectators.

2️⃣ Or you do the opposite — sell, sell, sell
No trust. No goodwill. No relationship.
Cold lists don’t buy long term.

3️⃣ Your subject lines and copy live in pain — never desire
Pain gets attention.
Desire gets action.
People don’t buy to escape misery — they buy to become someone new.

Fix the balance and email turns into a revenue engine instead of a newsletter.

If you’re a fitness coach and want a complete audit of your email system,
DM “AUDIT.”
