Noble mushrooms – noble wine!

We resume the story about our wines with a perfect pairing: Pinot Noir's delicate fruitiness and earthy undertones make it a match made in heaven with mushrooms, especially with the rich, nutty flavors of porcini mushrooms 😉

Pinot Noir Schwarze Madonna from @weingutklosterhof.kaltern says it all: velvety texture, notes of dark cherries and subtle spices create the symphony of flavors.

Tip for the perfect dinner – «Schwarze Madonna» light body and subtle notes harmonize beautifully with the distinct taste of porcini 😋
