9/27/26 || “Slow Dance” sesh ✔️ #dancebydq
something light, yet effective. type type. this one felt right. not just ‘good’, but actually correct.

s/o to the homies for rockin’ w/ me yet again. y’all bullied me into having this sesh last night , so i’m glad that you all made time for me 😂. i’m also very appreciative of the fact that y’all GENUINELY want to see me be great, just as much as i want to myself 🙇🏾‍♂️💙🫂 (and ditto — vice versa from me to y’all).

until next time ♡

4/26/25 || Sheesh. I’m still not 100% back in the game just yet, but we’re making do w/ where we’re at. Inching out of retirement verryyy slowwllyy, but surely lol

8/18/24 || somewhere in maryland.
Got the opportunity to teach one of my favorite pieces that i’ve ever created one last time before ‘retiring’ it. (Some people weren’t too happy w/ that decision 😭🫣. I’ll bring it back eventually lol). I originally chorey’d this back in January 2022 - here we are 2yrs later, and this piece is still very much so hard to do ; once you get it, it feels amazing doing it. I should probably post the performance footage soon huh? 🤔… i’ll cross that bridge later.
•
S/o to my guy @ishanathan_ & @elitebodiesdance for having me back, yet again. Always a pleasure being surrounded by those green walls lol <3
•
S/o to everyone that came out and danced w/ me! Hopefully you all left challenged & inspired in some way, shape, form, or fashion. Annnnd yeah , hopefully we can do it again some time :]

10/29/26 || “INYBNY! [dq]” #dancebydq
Another W sesh in the bag! 🙂‍↕️
I be having great ideas some times man. Don’t sleep!

S/o to my people for not just being ‘down’ to dance because they may, or may not have had something else to do, but for actually being ecstatic & enthusiastic — dare i say it’s insulting that i didn’t ask them sooner 😭😭. I greatly greatly appreciate y’all for making the time, and pulling up on me. This piece is NOT easy, but y’all rose to the occasion, and rode it out w/ me til the wheels literally started to fall off 😂🙇🏾‍♂️💙🥹

To more sessions ; don’t sleep.

let’s say this is a prayer.. a lamenting.
basically of where I am with God.
i wanted this to be raw and quite vulnerable
& how I struggle with idolization, pride, etc.
thank God for His grace however the love I have for Him … has to be greater than what I replace in His spot. that intimate trust. my relationship with God does matter regardless of what I’ve put in place of Him. so this is literally my prayer of me wanting God more than anything else.. a intimate on a one on one. coming as I am to be free of ME and my selfishness at times. it’s worth it tho to be honest and true of a change of my heart posture. not just for me but others around me.🙏🏽
.
.
Therefore I want to say thank you to @daquarius.sss for being a part of this. Much love to you always 🧡 I appreciate you fam ALWAYS for allowing me to be unapologetically me. Thank you for FOREVER supporting me, I don’t ever have to question. 🥹 Your kindness man, so BIG. 💖 You’re a gem, and this was definitely good soup. 😁
.
.
& lastly a HUGE thank you to @wlllonig !!! ✨ Listen brotha, your music is phenomenal. May God continue to use you in a mighty way. Listening to this song in particular tho I could NOT stop listening to the words and the melody connected. It just spoke EXACTLY as to where I’ve been. I thank you for your transparency in this because it helped me with my own walk as of now with the Lord. But honestly that’s what the Body is truly all about. Transparency equals freedom. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

8/8/26 || Keep the spark alive ✨
I think my PRSD (post-reveal stress disorder) has finally subsided 😭 ya boy was lowkey emo this past week lol.

1st link in the bag ; TRULY the greatest, and most fun experience i’ve had within the past 2yrs — hands up AND down. Can’t wait for the next one.

S/o to Mr. Reveal (@monyettc ) and the rest of the @revealdancechicago team for curating, and facilitating such a healing event. Very very happy that i was finally able to cure my fomo and attend this go ‘round 🙂‍↕️

S/o to MY FAVE @anniefranklin_ ♡♡♡!! Y’all already know how i feel about this woman. You’re in my top3, and you’re not 3. Me love you long time! Truly untouchable. unmatched. All the un’s. Grateful that i get to live in the same timeline as you fr 😭🫂

And lastly, s/o to me fr. To go from literally not being able to put weight on my right leg back in Dec’25 (let alone walk, let alone DANCE), to being able to dance at this intensity/level again for 5days backtoback in Aug’26??? grateful. My knee brace was working overtime, but we made it baby! 😂

annddd uhh yeah… cheers to coming out of retirement, and taking up space 🙂‍↕️🤏🏾🤏🏾

11/21/25 || tryna take ‘CONTROL’ and fight the urge to go into hiding again.

New chorey fresh off the grill, and it’s a doozey [that’s to be expected though]. It’s hard — physically, & musically. I’m DEF gonna have to go back and get the deetz. Until then, enjoy this very very VERY exhausted & somewhat blurry run through 🫡

[if you ask me what my fav kendrick song/verse is, i’d tell you this one. Control has been my favorite verse of his since 8th grade me first heard it back in 2013. Honorable mention ‘Cartoons & Cereal’, and ‘Look Out for Detox’]

s/o to everyone that has shown and/or sent love to da kid, i greatly appreciate(ed) it! +🙇🏾‍♂️🫂💙
s/o to the vill fr ♡ 🏠

This chorey is a DOOZEY. It got hands AND FEET fr lol idk why, or how i continue to push my own envelope the way that i do — mind you i’m still not 100% recovered… the injured chorey i’ve been creating within the past year goes CRAZY. Real quality fr. Playing it safe, but still some how residing on necks 🙂‍↕️

I’ve been gatekeeping this remix for literally 4-5yrs; PRAYING that no one discovered it before i could put my sauce on it 😂😂 if you know me, then you know i HATE creating to songs i’ve already seen/learned choreo to, so being able to successfully gatekeep this mix while i trained to be able to do what i wanted to do to this mix, and to not see it be danced to??? Blessed 🙇🏾‍♂️😂 Y’all can have it now lol i got what i needed from it. Hashtag i put y’all on, thangya 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾
s/o to Pat & Tiff for rocking w/ me last night. i know this piece isn’t easy, but y’all was holding it down!

‘Til next time!
