POSTS STORIES REELS

hiii 👋🏼

So I thought I’d reintroduce myself so you can know a little more about me. The real, slightly vulnerable, me. Speaking of, I actually just finished reading Brené Brown’s book on vulnerability(which I highly recommend) and it inspired me to share some more personal details about myself. So if we haven’t met in real life, hi and thanks for being here 🌞🌊🌸 by @darcie.pryor

a trip that really meant to much. there’s so much I want to say but to be honest I think this video says it all. so appreciative for the memories, new friends and the fact this is my job ☁️🍸📷🤍 by @darcie.pryor

Honestly, I had no idea what this swell was going to bring and being even more honest… I wasn’t actually going to shoot due to going through a rough patch the past few months. But a call from @thewaxhead saying I should get down to the headland on Wednesday morning gave me the nudge I needed. Here’s some favourites from the past two days.

The first photo is the sequence I managed to get of @tom_myers now iconic wave, riding his @joistiksurfboards. Also, a last minute clip I took on my phone of this wave (set up on a tripod) went viral, like currently 1.7 million views viral. Definitely not what I thought would happen this week but beyond grateful nonetheless.

Also if you were surfing on Wednesday (9-12ish at Queensie) or Thursday (7:30-12:30 early at Queensie and then at Narra) I might have a shot so feel free to message me ✌🏼 by @darcie.pryor

Lightning strikes twice. @tom_myers gets the wave of a lifetime (again) at Queensie bombie. Follow @surfline_aus for more swell coverage. #sydney #australia #surfing
