300+ real estate transactions later, I’ve learned a thing or two 😅 How you do one thing is how you do everything. People notice the little things, and that’s where trust starts. So grateful for the lessons and the people who helped me along the way ❤️

Dr. Dirt @drdirtland filming inches above the ground at Blackberry Golf Course @blackberrygolf … now that’s land due diligence 😂 by @darina_aleksa

Some people call it overthinking. I call it due diligence 😉

I check the people I work with. It doesn’t take me much time, and it has saved me many times.

Do you check before you trust? 👇

Tiana’s buy box is very strict. Lots of space and room for all her friends 😄

A lot of new flippers buy the same way. They fall in love with the house, not the deal.

I did that on my first deal and told myself never again. Now we check the numbers first, every time.

Ask me for a meeting and I’ll check my calendar. Ask me to golf and I’m already in the car. Priorities. ⛳ by @darina_aleksa

Why do we celebrate certain traditions without ever questioning what they represent? 🤔

Halloween is one of those things I’ve chosen not to celebrate with my family.

Not because I want my child to miss out on fun, but because I don’t believe everything the world considers harmless necessarily aligns with our faith.

I know Christians have different views on this, and I respect that. But I also believe we should be willing to question traditions instead of following them simply because everyone else does.

For me, it’s not about fear. It’s about being intentional with what we allow into our home and what we teach our children. ❤️

Just because something is popular doesn’t mean we have to participate. by @darina_aleksa

You really get to know people when things don’t go as planned. ❤️

The projects we work on are important, but the relationships we build matter way more.

Construction and business come with challenges. Things go wrong, plans change, and that’s when the people you work with make all the difference.

I don’t rush into partnerships because who we build with matters so much to me.

And I feel like God keeps bringing such amazing people into our lives. People we get to learn from, grow with, and do life with.

So grateful for our partners, our friends, and the relationships we’ve built along the way.

God is so good! 🩵 by @darina_aleksa
