Friend… I’ve been quietly processing the closing of the very first group inside The 10K+ Florist Blueprint, because truthfully? It’s been a LOT to take in. The wins. The breakthroughs. The courage. The transformations. The women who walked in uncertain and are now making bold, life-changing decisions for themselves and their businesses.

This message right here stopped me in my tracks. 🥹

Leaving a stable job to pursue your floral business full time is not “just quitting a job.” It’s choosing yourself. Your vision. Your future. It’s deciding that the dream tugging at your heart deserves a real chance. And gosh… what an honor it is that I got to be even a small part of that journey.

Because here is the truth no one talks about enough:
we are not meant to do this alone.

Growth requires support. Guidance. Accountability. Community. Sometimes all it takes is someone helping you see what you’re fully capable of before you can believe it yourself.

And no, it doesn’t require endless hours either. It requires intention. A willingness to stop only working in your business and finally begin working on it… on your goals, your systems, your pricing, your confidence, your future.

I’m currently preparing for the next cohort with so much intention and care, and because this community means the world to me, I’m offering 30% off this week only.

This next group is intentionally small: only 6 seats total and 2 are already gone. ❤️

If you’ve been waiting for your sign to finally take yourself and your business seriously… maybe this is it.

Comment BLUEPRINT or send me a DM and I’ll send you the details. 🚀

From the outside, my business looked successful.

I was booked.
I had a team.
I was “busy.”

But the truth?

I was drowning.

10 years of running on the hamster wheel left me exhausted, overwhelmed, and buried in debt. I was working nonstop but not building something sustainable.

So I made a decision that felt terrifying at the time:
I started over.

This time I didn’t rely on guesswork or hustle alone. I built a plan. I surrounded myself with mentors. I learned how to run my business strategically.

Because running your business smart will always beat throwing spaghetti at the wall.

If you’re a florist who knows you’re working too hard for what you’re actually making… this is exactly why I created the 10K+ Florist Blueprint.

Doors are opening soon.

Pre-register through the link in bio, or comment BLUEPRINT and I’ll send you the details.

Florists, you might be leaving money on the table without even realizing it. 👀

I just finished auditing the sales systems of my students inside The $10K+ Florist Blueprint, and we uncovered some BIG missed opportunities.

A few things I kept hearing:

“I’m not getting enough inquiries.”
“How do I attract higher-paying clients?”
“How do I turn more inquiries into bookings?”

And while we addressed ALL of those gaps, there’s one opportunity I see florists overlook time and time again.

The clients already on your books!

Friend, we get so caught up chasing the next inquiry that we forget about the clients who have already hired us and TRUST our expertise.

If you tell your client a few bud vases are enough, guess what? They’ll believe you.

But what if you showed them what’s possible? A more layered, intentional design that completely transforms their guest experience?

That’s not being pushy. That’s being the expert they hired.

And yes, it increases your revenue, too!

Because growing your business doesn’t always mean booking MORE weddings. Sometimes it means making the most of the ones you already have.

✨ Want to learn how to book better clients, confidently sell your designs, and increase your wedding budgets?

I’m putting together a FREE Sales Masterclass for Wedding Florists!

Your business should NEVER be at the mercy of a platform you don’t own, the same two planners, or the same two venues. 👏🏼

Getting locked out of Instagram was a BIG wake-up call.

After 20+ years in business, I realized I was giving ONE platform far too much of my time and attention.

And friend, that’s a dangerous place to be.

A sustainable business needs multiple sources of inquiries, meaningful relationships, and a reputation that extends beyond any ONE platform or referral source.

Because here’s the lesson:

Never give something you don’t own or control so much power over something you’ve worked so hard to build.

Part 3 is coming, and I’m sharing what I’m doing differently moving forward.

Some people won’t see your vision. That’s okay. It was never theirs to begin with.

21 years this March, countless weddings, a whole lot of lessons, and still going 💅

Never let someone else’s limitations become your own. 🥂

A beautiful proposal without a sales conversation is just FREE inspiration. 👀

Friend, if your sales process consists of receiving an inquiry, putting together a gorgeous mood board, attaching a price tag, hitting SEND, and crossing your fingers… we need to talk.

You’re skipping the most important part of the sales process: BUILDING TRUST.

Your potential client doesn’t just need to see what you can create. She needs to understand WHY you’re the right person to create it.

And that happens through conversation, connection, asking the right questions, listening, and positioning yourself as the expert.

Because here’s what happens when you skip that step:

Your beautiful proposal becomes just another PDF sitting in her inbox, right next to three other florists she’s comparing you to.

And guess what becomes the deciding factor? PRICE.

Stop selling flowers and start selling the experience, the expertise, and the peace of mind that comes with hiring YOU.

The sale starts long before you send the proposal.

💌 Comment SALES below and I’ll share my very own sales process for turning inquiries into booked, paying clients.

Confession from a floral CEO who’s been in business for 20 years…

I’m not naturally organized. 😂

And yet, I’ve managed to build a profitable floral business, manage large-scale events, lead teams, and take extended time off without the whole thing falling apart.

Not because I magically became a Type A personality.

But because I stopped fighting the way my brain works and started building systems to support it.

I hire for my weaknesses. I put EVERYTHING on my calendar. I let my CRM do the heavy lifting. And Siri? That girl deserves a raise.

Here’s what I want you to understand, friend:

Being a good CEO doesn’t mean being good at everything. It means knowing what you’re NOT good at and doing something about it.

And sometimes that means hiring help. Sometimes it means investing in better systems. And sometimes it just means setting a darn alarm.

Now tell me, what’s YOUR favorite little organization hack? Because this messy CEO is always looking for another one. 😂👇 by @darines_castro

I got hacked. Locked out of my Instagram. And just like that, I lost access to everything I’d spent years building.

No warning. No control. Just panic.

Years of creating, connecting, growing my community, and building my business—and suddenly, I couldn’t access any of it.

But what shook me the most wasn’t just getting hacked.

It was realizing how much of my business depended on a platform I don’t own.

When did Instagram go from being a tool to market my business to something that felt like my entire business depended on?

That question changed everything.

Part 1 of my getting hacked and locked out series. And this is only the beginning.

Have you ever thought about what would happen if you lost access to your Instagram tomorrow? 👇 by @darines_castro

Friend, I say this with love: being a talented florist and running a successful floral business are two very different things. 💐

You can create the most breathtaking installations, have a beautifully curated portfolio, and pour your heart into every single event…

But none of that replaces the work of actually growing your business.

Staying top of mind? That’s on you.

Knowing your market and positioning yourself accordingly? Also on you.

Turning inquiries into paying clients? Yep, that too.

And listen, I know that’s a lot of hats to wear. But here’s the good news: these are all things you can learn, improve, and take control of.

Because the sooner you stop waiting for business to happen and start making it happen, the sooner you begin building a business that actually works for YOU.

So tell me, which of these three do you need to take more ownership of? 👇🏼
