☀️ EXCLUSIVE DARK SUN INTERVIEW ☀️ Dark Sun is a hard rock band out of Chicago that has been folded into the Nu-Grunge genre since 2017. Over the years, they released a string of singles, including some very cool “Goth Country” versions of Folk Americana band Pawns or Kings. “I love the genre-bending creative freedom in rock music. I got to sit down with the lead singer and guitarist of Dark Sun to hear about how this band has been keeping the grunge rock sound alive (even before the revival) as the ‘old guys’, the challenges of being a musician in the world of social media, and how Dark Sun is helping carve a way forward.” 🎧: @dark_sunofficial ✍️: @live.beyond27 🔗: MusicSceneMedia.com #darksun #alternativerock #nugrunge #hardrock #newmusic by @dark_sunofficial

We can't wait to start taking the show to you next year! In 2026 we really focused on growing our audience through ig and TikTok, and it was well worth it. But at the end of the day, we didn't get into music so we could play through a screen. In 2027 we will be going back to the clubs to show you why we really do this. Already working on dates for next year. Can't wait to meet you guys in person 🤘😎 #nugrunge #grungemusic #hardrock #rockmusic #rockband by @dark_sunofficial
This past Friday was a historic night in the nu-grunge world. Sharing the bill with @rapture.ks , @soulcage_official , and @gilded_cages was something special. Huge thank you to everyone who came out and showed their support. The scene is alive and growing, and we’re proud to be a part of it. More new music coming soon. 🖤 #nugrunge #grungemusic #rockmusıc #rockband #numetal by @dark_sunofficial
