Attention all Ballers and Families….
Trust me when I say you do NOT want to be a part of this club ➡️ Losing a child, sibling, daughter/son to cancer is the worst. 😢

This summer we are celebrating the life of a sweet young girl who loved basketball, a girl whose life was cut short because of cancer. ADDISON HILL ❤️🙏
We are proud to be a part of Team ADDY 2026. 🏀🏀🏀

Alba and a couple of her friends will be participating in the 3x3 tourney this summer in Guelph Ontario and they are looking for YOUR SUPPORT!

For those that don’t know our story - I lost my 14 year old brother to cancer when I was in my first year of uni. Alba’s “Uncle Ian”.

I’m still riding high from meeting my hero, from not only my childhood, but to this day! I’m not shitting you when I say I literally watch a sugar Ray fight every single day!
For years! He is the ultimate pugilist! The absolute best footwork the fastest hands, the biggest heart, punching power for days. A Defensive master and the highest IQ of all time. This man is my pound for pound number one and for him to grab me and go toe to toe with a stare down, a punch to the guts and hug was the ultimate. Thank you Mr Leonard for giving us all, everything you had! What an absolute pleasure! by @coachmair

We tell our kids they can do anything- “reach for the stars, the sky is yours!” But then kids hear parents crash out with their own limiting beliefs being puked all over the place. What do you think really sticks?

Hear me out- you can tell your daughter she is beautiful 100x a day… but if you turn and yell at her and tell her she’s CRAP (in whatever lingo you use) just ONCE- which one do you think she’ll remember?
Which one will she REPLAY in her mind, again and again?

Parents- what you say matters. How you say things counts. We have a saying in our house: “you can say the same thing but delivered better”.

Just for today, CATCH YOURSELF before you unconsciously yell at your kid. Think- how can I say this in a better way? And if you have ZERO CLUE- reach out. I can help.

Your kid is worth it. And your future relationship depends on it.

Family First Mentality in all we do. ❤️

God gives opportunities we may not appreciate or fully understand till years later!
I have had the privilege of fighting 41 times!
I had so many injuries, surgeries, and times of doubt!
But I never ever quit! In fight, in training, or in my life!
I didn’t know why god put me on this path, but I truly believe I’m getting closer to understanding my place!
I love seeing the fire in a new fighters eye! That hunger, that need to learn and improve! Maybe that’s my calling to help light that flame that pushes that kid for one more round! And not quitting on themselves!
