POSTS STORIES REELS

I almost didn’t release this book.

Not because I didn’t believe in the story, but because I kept believing it wasn’t perfect enough.

I finished writing KEPT in February, and somehow, months passed. I edited. I redesigned. I overthought. I found excuses. I told myself I would release it when it was better.

But eventually, I had to ask myself: What if someone is waiting for the very thing I’m afraid to release?

So, I’m letting it go.

KEPT is a fictional story inspired by the Holy Spirit about becoming, growing, making mistakes, facing consequences, discovering grace, and learning that God is present even in the parts of our journey we don’t understand.

It is for the child who is growing up.
For the teenager figuring life out.
For the young adult becoming.
For anyone who has ever wondered if their mistakes, detours, or difficult seasons could somehow still be part of a story God is writing.

You can be becoming and still be KEPT.

And yes—KEPT is completely FREE. 🤍

I’m incredibly grateful to my Mama @toju_oyor for her guidance, prayers, reminders, and encouragement throughout this journey, and to my family and friends who read, reviewed, gave feedback, and supported me along the way.

I also designed and arranged the book myself, which made this project even more personal.

After months of hesitation, I can finally say it:

KEPT IS HERE. 🎉🤍

And when you’re done, please leave me a review on Selar. I would genuinely love to know what the story made you feel, think, or remember.

“It’s better to give before you receive. And never keep score. If your interactions are ruled by generosity, your rewards will follow suit.
Your relationships with others are your finest, most credible expression of who you are and what you have to offer. Nothing else compares.”

I walked into Creators Nexus and sat down as a consumer. I left thinking like a builder. 🤍

The room said things I didn’t know I needed to hear

If you’re building something quietly right now — this is for you. Keep going.

Which one hit you the hardest?

Thank you to the Convener @moromoluwatiketike @the.creatorsnexus for yielding. God bless you mightily ma.
I am super grateful that I didn’t allow the ‘introvert’ in me win.
