STAND UPDATE! Okay sooooo! This has been a crazy few weeks. I don’t want to go too much into detail about how corrupt everything is 🥴😂 but basically to avoid having to deal with this every month and to avoid a lot of back n forth n unnecessary circles. We are going to move the stand. I do believe it will still do great and I hope you all still come and support us 🩷 We are moving forward and avoiding the drama. Thank you guys for all the love and support throughout this journey and we look forward to seeing you guys soon! by @datsdaone_bakestand
To our bake stand ʻohana 🩷 We’re heartbroken to share that our bake stand was closed by the Department of Health because the designated “Person in Charge” was not there at the time and the cooler temperatures were not where they needed to be. We’re taking these concerns seriously. We’re planning to install solar power and a refrigerator to help keep food at the proper temperatures, and we already have worked out the person in charge requirement. We’re also trying to reach the county to clarify what’s required to keep the stand open. We may have to move locations, but please know—we are not giving up on our bake stand! 🩷 This comes after a complaint from the neighbor across the street. It’s frustrating and honestly hurts to feel like one complaint can affect something that has brought so much joy and support to our community. Even through that frustration, we’re focused on addressing the concerns and finding a way forward. We don’t have a reopening date yet, but we’re doing everything we can to come back and serve you. Thank you for every purchase, kind message, and bit of encouragement. Your support means so much to our family and the vendors who are part of our stand. If you’d like an update, please text us at (808) 980-2993. We’ll send you the news as soon as we have more to share. This stand means too much to us to give up on, and we’re working hard to make its next chapter possible. 🩷 With love and aloha, Dats Da One Bake Stand & More ʻOhana by @datsdaone_bakestand
