POSTS STORIES REELS

For 5 years, I had the privilege of being part of Wrestling Dominance, Abbotsford. Those five years were more than just wrestling. They were about hard work, sacrifices, friendships, lessons, and memories that will always stay in my heart.

Every journey teaches us something, and every place we work becomes a part of our story. I am truly grateful for the experiences, the people I met, and everything I learned along the way.

Wrestling is not just a sport to me. It is a way of life. It teaches us discipline, respect, resilience, and the importance of never giving up, even when life gets difficult.

As I continue my journey with SK Wrestling House, I carry those memories and lessons with me. My goal is to help the next generation become not only stronger wrestlers, but also stronger, more respectful, and more confident people.

🙏 I will always respect where I came from, appreciate the people who were part of my journey, and stay focused on where I want to go.

The past is part of my story, the present is my responsibility, and the future is something I will keep fighting for.

Once wrestling is in your heart, it stays there forever. ❤️🤼‍♂️

Dominance Take On The World!

We had five athletes travel to the @ibjjf World Masters Championship in Las Vegas to chase their dreams and test themselves at the highest level.

@ellentbjj and @brentdrydogtrainerbjj both made the podium and secured bronze. They are now both multiple-time World Masters medallists, consolidating their place among the very best in their respective divisions worldwide.

@lincbjj and @vincerogatobjj battled through some of the deepest Black Belt divisions of the entire competition, with both making the top 8 and narrowly missing the podium.

@shantelle_barkindjiwarrior made her long-awaited return to international competition, juggling her commitments as a mother, a businesswoman, a community leader and a high-level competitor. Inspirational!

All five athletes proved they are world class and more than capable of holding their own against the very best in the world.

Dominance is one of the only Australian teams consistently sending athletes to all of the major World Championships. We are pushing ourselves day in and day out to prove we have world-class technique, training methodologies and leadership.
Next up will be the IBJJF No Gi World Championships in Las Vegas in December.

EAT. SLEEP. TRAIN. by @davehartjits

The end of an era already! Today we packed up Dominance Jiu-Jitsu Warrnambool’s original home and moved into our new facility at @coastalclubhousewarrnambool at 38 Albert Street.

A big thank you to the crew at @folimasfitnessandboxing for all of their support over the past seven months. We’ve really appreciated being part of the space and the way they’ve welcomed our team.

Thank you as well to all of our members who helped with the move.

From Saturday 26 September, we’ll be running our full timetable at the new location.

We’re excited for the next chapter and can’t wait to see everyone on the mats in the new space!
