The older we get the more wise we become. Prioritize the things that matter in life. 👊

Progress is not linear 📈 and comparison is the thief of joy.

Stick to your plan and trust the process. 👊

Not saying there’s a right answer. But there’s one answer that’s more right 🦸🏻‍♂️🤣

I said jump in! She said say less! 💕🪩💃🕺

We nailed Halloween 2027 with our rollerblade Ken & Barbie costumes 🛼🎃

What’s your costume?

Come on Barbie, let’s go RUNNING! 👟🛼🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

Every Barbie needs a Ken who always brings his running shoes! 😂💖

We may have dressed up as rollerblading Barbie & Ken, but you know we couldn’t resist turning it into a running date! 💗

And today we’re celebrating MY Ken! 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏼🥳 Happy Birthday, @david.lopez.triathlete! 🎂💕 Life with you is so much more fun, and I love that I found someone who is always up for an adventure (and a run)! 😘

So happy we got to celebrate David’s birthday while he was in town! 🎂🎉🥳What better excuse to bring everyone together than a Halloween + birthday party?! 🎃 And we loved dressing up like roller blading Barbie and Ken! 🛼👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏼

Loved getting to celebrate my favorite guy with some of our favorite people! 🥰 Thank you to everyone who came out, dressed up, and made the night so much fun! 😍💗

Happy Birthday, David! 😘 Here’s to more memories, more adventures, and more reasons to celebrate together! 💕

I don’t know what happened. One minute I was scrolling, the next minute I had a confirmation email. Weird. 🤷‍♂️🤣

Gotta make sacrifices where we can, right?! 🤷‍♂️

Maybe I should start putting my Venmo on my bags 🤔😂

🔥 HYROX TAMPA MIXED DOUBLES 🔥

Our first HYROX together, and what an experience!

8km of running. 8 workout stations. 1 finish line.

The format? Run 1km together. Complete a workout station together. Repeat 8x.

Here’s what we took on:
⭐️ 1 km Run + 1,000m SkiErg ⛷️
⭐️ 1 km Run + 50m Sled Push (335 lbs) 🛷
⭐️ 1 km Run + 50m Sled Pull (227 lbs) 💪
⭐️ 1 km Run + 80m Burpee Broad Jumps 🔥
⭐️ 1 km Run + 1,000m Row 🚣
⭐️ 1 km Run + 200m Farmer’s Carry (55 lbs per hand) 🏋️
⭐️ 1 km Run + 100m Sandbag Lunges (44 lbs) 🦵
⭐️ 1 km Run + 100 Wall Balls (13 lbs) 🎯

⏱️ Official Finish Time: 1:18:57 🏁

Coming from a background of marathons and triathlons, this was an entirely different kind of challenge. A combination of strength, endurance, and the ability to keep moving when your legs are telling you otherwise.

But what made this one even better was getting to experience it alongside @amandakenny87 🩷💙

There’s something special about sharing a start line with someone who has the same passion for pushing limits, chasing goals, and saying yes to new adventures.

Different sport. New challenges. Same love for the journey.

Our first HYROX together, but definitely not our last!

More challenges. More adventures. More finish lines together.💕

She said, “Can you get a quick video?” I heard, “Give me everything you’ve got.” 🎬
