675 all time pr. Strongest I’ve ever been and lighter. Shoutout to @danetrains and Nick Hadge @hadge_brothers for getting my deadlifts RIGHT! by @daviddowjr
First Powerlifting meet in the books. Didn’t hit the numbers I wanted to, but for my first show I can’t complain. Ended the day with the heaviest total by far (1593lbs). Squat 584 Bench 380 Deadlift 630 @ 235lbs bodyweight. Shout out to my family and friends who made it out to support me. It means the world. Thank you to my coach @danetrains for programming me up and training me hard I owe it to you brother. And most importantly thank you to my beautiful fiancée Julia who supports me endlessly, especially with all the time i spend in the gym. I love you! by @daviddowjr
