my first pole workshop! and it’s with @dalton.pr 🥹💖 we were given a sequence to dance with, and the prompt for this round was to move with intent which is something i’ve been reflecting on a lot this sequence in particular felt really good to explore, and this prompt ended up being my favourite too— like i’m taking this prompt home with me!! 🫶🏻 because i think it’ll really help me carve a way forward with my movement & performance quality thank you again Dalton for being so lovely with your insight & guidance, it was such an enjoyable workshopppp ♥️✨ by @dayahliew
second heel tech & it’s really turning out to be a favourite ((despite my body shaking violently throughout classes 😂)) thank you @ne_de_la_mer for the beautifullllllll sequence and my pole mates for all the practices! 💖 low flows are really grabbing at my heart these days… it’s tough to hold up your body weight (and stay *pointed*) while moving, but damn does it look good when it’s done right 😭 anyways I really love heel tech, and I support more people taking heel tech!!! 🥰🥰🥰 wearing @glitter.vixen 🤎 by @dayahliew

Deconstructed a pair of shoes and made these corset looking pieces. Turns out, it made such an useful layering accessory! First upcycling project out in the world. It's a reminder that nothing is inherently waste; mass production just wants you to think it is. We can truly make anything out of everything. Endless respect to the ride-or-die circle who backed the vision. 💃 Models: @dayahliew & @iam_leeqi 📸 Photographer: @mr_canidae by @dayahliew
Made the corset-looking thing with a worned out shoe that would normally be discarded. The rest are existing pieces to layer with it. Love watching people being themselves. She saw a pole and up she goes. #poledancer 💃 Models: @dayahliew 📸 Photographer: @mr_canidae by @dayahliew
