Officially less than a month away from holding him in our arms. This season of life has been so special - it’s been the honor of my life carrying this little one. We can’t wait to meet you, Luca Bennett 🤎.

Spontaneous sunday long run!

Always nice to see so much progress on the Beltline. Can't wait until it's all connected. It's looking closer and closer.

Thanks to @mondaynight @jenisicecreams @sweetwaterbrew for the fuel and merch along the Beltline. by @dcastropty

Mid State Mile 2025.

It’s hard to put into words the power this race has on those who dare to step foot into the corral for as many loops as they can muster. All but one person will find their limit out there, and the winner is always left wondering, how much more did I have left? Congratulations Nicholas on the win and Jeremiah on the spectacular assist, what a fight.

To everyone who played a part, I am truly grateful to have shared those moments with all of you. Special thanks to Becca, Jon and all of the sponsors who make this such a spectacular community. Truly one of a kind.

Like Nicholas said, “It’s so much more than just a race, it’s so much more than just a mile.”

Until next year.

Have you ever heard the suggestion that we should have an average person side by side with Olympians to get a real sense of their accomplishments? That sums up exactly how I felt 😂.

Jokes aside, it was such a privilege to go to the Appalachian Trail with @siargey.pisarchyk to support John @randomforestrunner on his FKT attempt. What an astonishing athlete and even greater person. Please consider donating to the GoFundMe to raise funds for all the communities that were affected during Hurricane Helene. Link is in bio.

s/o to the whole team who has been doing an incredible job, Randy, Logan, Ped, and many more -- absolute rockstars.
