Morgan and I have been slacking on our sister dates but Chris Brown shows are always going to make the cut. Tell Boosie to call me for a remix 💀 (I’d normally keep that video in my archives but y’all needed to see how much fun we have together 😭) by @dear.kir
This one is going in my top 5 concerts. The production. The song choices. The nostalgia. Top tier. by @dear.kir

A decade in, cheers to 10 more years! 🥂 by @dear.kir
I ran my first 5k today. I’ve woken up early, booked hotel rooms for races out of state, packed clothes to prepare for cold mornings and hot afternoons and waited on the sidelines for hours over the last few years waiting for Jarid to cross the finish line making sure I was in the right spot so he could see my face and my poster when he got done his race, but today…I got to cross the finish line with him. Today was about proving to myself that I can do hard things, that I can set goals and accomplish them even when I don’t feel prepared mentally or physically. It was a reminder to keep showing up for myself and keep trying no matter how hard it gets to balance it all. It was cold, it was raining, there were hills omg there were hills but I finished..and faster than I expected!🏅🏃🏾‍♀️ I’m so proud of myself. Please do not feel compelled to invite me to run, I do not foresee this becoming a hobby. by @dear.kir
Told Jarid I’d workout with him since all 3 kids were gone which is pretty rare these days. We spent 2 hours at the gym and it was leg day…this was 2 days ago and I still can’t walk right🫠 by @dear.kir
Fun with friends. Jarid has officially reached his late thirtiesssss. Let’s stay inside until spring. by @dear.kir
Happy 1st Birthday Koa! You’ve been the perfect addition to our family and we’ve enjoyed watching you grow, showering you in hugs and kisses and seeing you smile. Mommy loves you pretty girl💕 by @dear.kir
