LOWKEY-LIVESESSION ————————— Last year in November I recorded a LIVE SESSION with these wonderful four human beings. The first song is out now on YouTube. I can’t put into words how magical these two days have been. I am so proud of what we created together and I can’t wait to play live with this incredible band, hopefully soon. I was already fangirling over them but after these two days I became obsessed with them. 🌚 Please put your headphones on, enjoy and dive into the music with us. CONFESSION - the music video is out now on Youtube. I love this video so much. Working with these incredibly talented dancers @fabianniszler_ and @isshefili was a true gift. The song was born in a dark time, and they transformed my inner chaos-the fear of being fully seen-into raw, honest movement. It’s so sensual, fragile, and strong at the same time. The glowing 80s look-brought to life so artfully by @cleo.minh —became the perfect mask for me to slip into. A character I’ve always been drawn to: all shine on the outside, all storm underneath. And @half.grain -thank you for capturing that world so perfectly. This entire process was intense, emotional, and so, so worth it. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who helped bring this vision into the light. To me, love can only exist when we meet each other as equals-flawed, real, human. ————————— shot&edited by Info Stahl Dancers: Filimatou Lim & Fabian Nißler H&M by Cleo Minhoff written by Debby Smith and Gregor Sonnenberg produced&mixed by @greggsberg mastered by Alex Kloss drums by @philo.tsoungui —————— my debut Album LUNA PARK is out now Release show: JULY 4th @nica_jazz_club by @debbysmithmusic

What kind of love is it if I have to hide parts of myself just to be loved? If I have to make myself smaller, silence my feelings or pretend to be someone I’m not just to keep someone around? I don’t want that kind of love. I want something real. Something where we don’t have to earn each other’s affection by being anything other than ourselves. What if I could be fully myself and still be fully loved? That’s what this song is about. The full song is now out everywhere you listen to music, and you can watch the entire live session on YouTube. #LunaPark #LiveSession #DebbySmith #LiveMusic #independentartist Electric Guitar - @greggsberg Keys - @malue.music Bass - @hanna_vaute Drums - @nicoatzeni Backings - @mimi_dmsse Song written by - Debby Smith Recorded Live At Gaga Studio Hamburg Engineer - @mirkomichalzik Mixing - @gregor.sonnenberg Shot&Edited - @juhahansen by @debbysmithmusic

What if I told you I get lost sometimes? Look for love in every eye? 💫💫 What if true love could stand the test of time? What if it kept shining, even in the darkest hours? Sometimes, the hardest battle is the one within. What if there comes a time when you can’t even bear yourself, when self-love feels out of reach? How heavy it feels to believe that someone else could still love you anyway. But... what if love really is stronger... We went live. 🌙 Two days. Four songs. One beautiful room filled with music. My band came together from Berlin, Cologne and Hamburg to record four songs from LUNA PARK live at the legendary Gagastudio in Hamburg - the former Rüssl-Tonstudio founded by Otto Waalkes. With Gregor Sonnenberg, Martin Lüdicke, Hanna von Tottleben, Nico Atzeni & Mimi Demissie, recorded by my longtime colleague and friend Mirko Michalzik, and filmed by Juha Hansen. What came out of those two days feels very special to me. Not just new versions of the songs, but a little glimpse into what happens when musicians share the same room, listen to each other and let the music unfold in real time. Today, you can finally see and hear the first song from the LUNA PARK Live Session. 🤍 LINK IN BIO The other songs will follow over the next few weeks, and the full session will soon be available on all streaming platforms. And if you enjoy it, leave me a comment, share it, or send it to someone who might enjoy it too. I know how overwhelming our feeds can be these days. There is so much to see, hear and process all the time. So whenever you choose to stop for a moment and really listen, it means more to me than you might think. Thank you for being here — and for carrying this music a little further. 🌙 #LunaPark #LiveSession #DebbySmith #LiveMusic #independentartist Electric Guitar - @greggsberg Keys - @malue.music Bass - @hanna_vaute Drums - @nicoatzeni Backings - @mimi_dmsse Song written by - Debby Smith Recorded Live At Gaga Studio Hamburg Engineer - @mirkomichalzik Mixing - Gregor Sonnenberg Shot&Edited - @juhahansen by @debbysmithmusic
