#savedrounds has lost its favorite Angel.

You are loved, you are missed, and you are the best of what humanity had to offer.

Down and dirty, quick Gua Sha routine for when you're tired, short on time, need an intro, a body double, or an easy way to get started on your new habit. 🙌

Hi Friends! I'm so excited to be coming back to work and to see you all!🙌
The surgery went perfectly and the results are all clear🙏🩷
Thank you so much for the support and kind messages- I am blown away🥰

I've shared parts of my health journey with clients over the years to support them on their path, but these last few years have been a deep, often frightening challenge. So, I'll be sharing parts of it with you in the hopes that it might support you, as well.
Keep going, my friends!💪💪💪

Sending you all so much love,
Deborah💜

Still true. When I'm lost and don't know what to do: Just Dance. Repost: Summertime 2018. In the middle of the desert. Filming the short film you've been working on for years with your friends. Sending updates and videos to my dad, who was having a rough time far, far away with his chemotherapy treatments. I was so afraid for him. It all felt so surreal. And I was also so blessed and grateful. I learned this step in a high school musical. In the middle of nowhere, I felt I had to pull it out of a very dusty 'ol hat. Dancing and singing have always been a joy and a medicine for me.
And I'm a goofball, so there's that.
