As I feel into what I want to create and bring into the world, and how I can be of service... I am present with all that I have lost. And it is a lot. There is a good reason I started working with Death - as a portal to deeper Aliveness - a few years ago. My health. I have lived with a challenging, invisible chronic illness for 15y. On and off - there were times I actually considered myself recovered. Through the illness, I lost time, energy, money. Friendships, relationships, collaborations. Time outside. It also gave me a lot. I sometimes joke my body gave me a meditation retreat - spending time alone, often in bed, with myself. For weeks, months, years. It has transformed me. I built a lot of power through this journey, and am not sure where it will take me. I lost my beloved father years ago. I lost a partner and his children, a few years ago - who I deeply loved and wanted to spend my life with. I lost a lot of weight at some point - and most of my hair, my curves and my desire to live. And I found *all* of it back again. I know what it's like to have lost pretty much everything you love and care about. I know what it's like to have grief break you open. And the freedom that comes with having nothing left to lose. That is where I am building from, right now. I have rebuilt my body - curves are back, hair is strong again. I am well nourished. It has been a lot of the daily chop wood and carry water. Now I am slowly building other things as well. And one of the topics I like bringing into my work - which I sense is starting again in the near future - is Death. Not as a place to endlessly dwell in, but rather being with Death, accepting it as a reality in our world. A world that is so focused on health, beauty, eternal youth, endless energy - and that sometimes simply denies the reality of grief, darkness, despair and decay. Because I think that when we can give Death a real place, be with her, accept her, face her, sit with her - we can truly become alive. When we face the skeletons in our closets, in our hearts, in our relationships. The parts that have died a long time ago, but that we are still holding onto. There is so much life there by @deborahsscherz
Just celebrated my birthday. And I feel like I am finally on the other side of dealing with a lot of bs. And while healing and growth is neverending… It is high time I start showing up again and offering some work with the world. Watch this space! 🔥 Deborah by @deborahsscherz
Are you grieving or struggling with the loss of a parent? I'm a Therapeutic Coach in training looking for some Practice Clients who could benefit from my support and guidance. Reach out to me for more details! --> deborahscherz@hotmail.com Love, Deborah Scherz by @deborahsscherz
Dear men, I am looking for Practice Clients as part of my Women’s Inner Leadership Coaching Training. It’s been several years now that I’ve been following the call to support men, in finding deeper intimacy, reclaiming their power and bringing their gifts to the world more fully. And I do this from an embodied, feminine knowing. To grow and deepen my work - and become more stable and trustworthy as a coach - I am doing a 2 year, accredited coaching training. We work around 5 themes: Love, Sex, Money, Power and Consciousness. To find our truth and deep knowing, within these 5 themes. And right now, I am looking for 5 Practice Clients, as I move through the Professional Modules of my training! What does it mean to be a Practice Client? * You are in support of me practicing and learning specific coaching skills. As this is a learning journey, I am not offering a full coaching journey (yet). This is possible from March 2023 onwards. * Prepare for the possibility that this process could be life altering. You may experience challenging emotions and memories, establish a new relationship with your body, integrate pieces of your history into your consciousness and create fundamental positive change in your approach to the different topics that are covered by the WILL approach. * Ideally I would ask you to receive at least 4 sessions, which will take place between September 2022 and February 2023, but this is not a requirement and can be discussed and agreed on together. * There is also a possibility to continue working with your student coach beyond February 2023, as they begin year 2 of the training. Here they would be able to offer you a more bespoke coaching journey. * The sessions are free of charge. We can meet live in Antwerp - there’s a small fee for the cost of my practice space. We can also meet online. I will give priority to clients who can meet live in Antwerp, as I simply love meeting people live! You can read all the details here: www.womensinnerleadership.com/practiceclients If this speaks to you, reach out to me: deborahscherz@hotmail.com Warmth, Deborah by @deborahsscherz
First live video here… about what I do in my work with men, as a young woman, and a few things I can support you with. In fact, my message is simple: I think men are wonderful humans, and that masculinity is a beautiful, much needed thing. And that we don’t say this enough. by @deborahsscherz
Ruben looking all regal 👑 by the 🔥fire in my garden, on the last evening of our Co-Working Retreat! It was a rich time: growing our businesses, looking at what’s in the way of that. Getting shit done. Getting inspired. Deepening friendships, finding support. I love combining community and business. Ready for more! by @deborahsscherz
What do you long for, right now, dear man? What is it you really want? What do you truly need? It's f*cking vulnerable to ask ourselves these questions - I know. Yet desire, and longing, leads us to what really matters to us. And I am not speaking about addiction here: superficial s*x, too much food or work... They don't fulfill our true needs. They just numb us, make us disconnect and feel our pain less. So... What's beneath that? What do you miss? Do you know how to connect to your desire? I *love* working with Desire - I used to run a project called Authentic Desire. It's pretty simple. Desire points directly to Eros. Eros, in the original sense of the (Greek) word: radical aliveness, piercing through our existence. The softness of a breath. A slow movement. A pounding heart. Nature, unfolding itself, always growing and evolving. Poetry. Sensuality. Purpose. In my experience, our Eros - our pure, childlike, powerful innocence - so often neglected, shut down or shamed by society - is deeply connected to what we have to bring to this world. Our purpose. What do you long for? And what are you here to bring? It's quite clear, for me personally - to answer that question. I long to trust men. And I do - a LOT. Men are awesome. And we don't say that enough. They are worth celebrating. Worth honoring - deeply and truly. Worth seeing, holding, nurturing. Worthy of fierce love. And to bring more of that to this world, I created my project, my business and my passion: Serving Men. I am here to support you with your leadership, purpose, relationships & intimacy. With so much love, Deborah. by @deborahsscherz
