{Tap & hold the video to pause!}

Welcome! If you want to simplify your life from the outside in, you’re in the right place!

I’m Erica, minimalism author, certified decluttering coach, and busy mom of three living in southern Utah. 🌵 Here to help YOU declutter your home and life so you can get time, energy, and even money BACK in your pocket! 🤩

Because… you can have all the makings of a beautiful life, but if you’re too overwhelmed to really enjoy it, what’s even the point?!

I got you! Follow for regular decluttering inspiration. 🙌

PS. The reason most people never FINISH decluttering is that they haven’t uncovered their deepest motivations—their decluttering WHY. If you’d like to know yours, comment “DIGGING DEEP” and I’ll send ya my free worksheet to help you find it! xo!

Here’s how to get kitchen counters that never take more than 10 minutes to clear! 👇 (Really!)

I used to DREAD cleaning the kitchen at the end of every day. I’d pour every last ounce of energy into getting my kids to bed, only to walk into the kitchen (probably in search of a treat, let’s be honest!) and be greeted by a colossal mess. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

It’s the worst, right?!

Now, though, my kitchen RARELY takes me more than 10 minutes to tidy up. (So grateful! 🙏)

Here are 3 things I learned through the process—3 things that have transformed how we use our kitchen. 🙌

1. The mess is a LOT less when you have fewer things. Fewer dishes, fewer gadgets, fewer condiments and spices… Less of everything! Decluttering can’t be skipped if you really want an easy kitchen. 👊

2. A big part of what makes a kitchen cluttered is “orphan objects”—items that don’t have a designated home. Creating a system for orphan items will GREATLY reduce kitchen clutter. 👏

3. A tool/framework can be sooooo helpful for deciding what in your kitchen deserves long-term counter real estate—and what doesn’t. 🙌

Comment “CCC” if you’d like the link to my digital guide, the Clear Counter Code, where I give you alllllll the systems, tools, and product recs you could possibly need to create an easy-to-tidy kitchen! 👏👏

You may not have had a mama who taught you this, but you’ve got me! 😘

“CCC” 👇 Sending love!

Overwhelmed by your life? Declutter a drawer! It’s magic. 💫💫

Drawer by drawer, shelf by shelf, our home transformed, but funny thing—*I* transformed, too. ❤️

I no longer felt like I was drowning under all of our STUFF. I could breathe again. I could play with my kids and relax with my husband, talking and connecting instead of constantly moving and maintaining.

Step by step, as my journey into minimalism deepened, I tackled the clutter in my mind and heart as well.

I wouldn’t trade the peace I have now for all the stuff in the world.

Let’s get the same for YOU! Follow along if you’re in!

Clutter & mess are often just a result of tiny habits we’ve never stopped to question. Small, automatic things almost all of us do. The good news is…

Each habit is totally fixable, and you can start with one TODAY. ❤️

Save this one so you can work your way through all ten!

The trick (it’s simple but stupidly essential) is to USE A TIMER!

Gamify your decluttering. See if you really CAN clear out than one space in 10 minutes or less. Prove to yourself that it’s 100% doable, and use that proof to propel you forward. 🫶 by @declutteryourlife.co

Ever get analysis paralysis while decluttering? 🙋‍♀️ Enter: Dot & Ditch. 🙌 Here’s how it works:

🔴 Place a small red dot sticker on anything you’re unsure about.
🔴 If you use it, remove the dot.
🔴 If it’s still wearing a dot after 90 days… it’s not serving you.

It works because it replaces emotion with evidence.

So many of us hold onto things out of guilt, fear, or “what if” thinking. Tracking gives you neutral data to make your decision from. 🤍
